The year turns, whether or not we are ready for it. It does not ask, it simply arrives quietly, as if time itself were reminding us that nothing stands still. We number the days, we call it a calendar, but what truly remains are the traces left on us: the ache of loss, the sudden brightness of joy, the long hours where nothing seemed to change and yet somehow we did. Some years teach through absence, through the unbearable fact that someone we love is gone and will never return. Other years lift us unexpectedly, granting success, healing, or a quiet sense of forward motion. And in between are all the ordinary days, where life feels like repetition, but in repetition we are still alive, still present, still carrying ourselves forward. Perhaps the new year is not about beginnings at all, but about noticing that we are still here. That despite the sadness, despite the confusion, despite the weight of time, we continue. We suffer, we learn, we endure, and we also laugh, create, and find one another again.🤎 So let the year come not as a judgment, but as a chance to be human once more: fragile, resilient, unfinished, alive.🫡

People sometimes don’t really want advice.
They just want someone to validate or co-sign their decisions, and if it goes wrong, they look for someone to blame. That’s why giving advice can feel like a trap

when I’m feeling low?? (which is like… everyday 😪).
I do enjoy journaling, but I don’t do it often. I also like listening to random songs or poems. And if it all gets too heavy, I’ll just go for a walk.

1. Yess I'm still a student at college
2. It’s tough to pick just one interesting book, but I’d say "The Grand Design" and "A Brief History of Time" come to mind idk if it does count as educational tho
3. I’m grateful for:
– My siblings (they can be annoying, but I love them!)
– My grandma
– My curious self lol
