💡Stipendium Hungariculum clear Roadmap by Unicrafters 🚀 ⏰App deadline - 15th January Check out the scholarship program here: 🔗https://unicraft.uz/roadmaps/stipendium-hungaricum

Imagine you're talking to God about the person you want to become...
- You say "I want to be courageous." - God replies "Then I will give you monsters to terrify you. That way you can conquer them." - You say "I want to be patient." - God replies "Then I will make you work harder and longer. That way you can learn to wait." - You say "I want to be wise." - God replies "Then I will give you failures that will crush your spirit. That way you can learn the value of judgment." - You then say... "That sounds like a hard life. Can you give me a good life?" - God replies "Just like we measure the quality of a blacksmith by the strength of his steel, I measure you by what you are at the end, not the fire and the hammer it took to make you. A good life isn't an easy life. A good life makes you into a good person. And that, my child, is a hard life." ©️Hormozi

🔥Super Score 1550 Read Rasulbek's reflection and get inspired After securing a decent score on IELTS, I thought I should also take the SAT to prove to universities that I'm also good at math (back then, SAT was only about math for my young mind). Then I had a dilemma to choose between SATashkent and multiple other test centers. I ended up choosing the former, and now proven to be one of the best decisions I made regarding my academic career.
When I attended the first lessons in March, as far as I remember, it was Jamshidbek's class, the course seemed easy. Obviously, because we started from the foundations of English grammar. Little did I realize I was in no way of scoring above 700 on Ebrw for the next half-year. Overestimating my level of English on SAT, I told the admin to put me with an advanced group. They were about to take their regular monthly progress check on Sunday. I took it too, scoring around 28 out of 54 on GRAMMAR specific questions. Felt dumbfounded). Therefore, for the next two and a half months, I worked diligently with my mentors, Suhrob and Jamshidbek, in math and English, respectively, not looking for shortcuts, with the Caltech family. I got 620&800 on my first bluebook test and scored 1460 (670&800) on the June exam. That was what I realistically expected. In summer, I was busy building up my ECs and honors and met my future mentor, Donobek, on one of the camps I attended. From September, I joined his SAT English group named "Avengers" clan at SATashkent but ended up scoring lower by -50 points on English section (610) on the October exam. I was sort of discouraged from taking the exam again, thinking 1460 was enough. Come to find out that those who studied for the October exam with SATashkent English 750+ but didn't get a decent score from the English section can attend classes there for free for now, till the December exam. And pay the tuition only if we secure a high score on the same section. For me, that's when SATashkent proved itself to be not just a random learning center but a whole community inspiring its students and helping them all along. In November, again I joined the English 750+ group by Donobek, this time named "Warriors." I didn't push really hard during my preparation; I was just a casual student. But the resources provided by the prep plan were next level, I believe, thanks to our mentor. We solved quite many authentic practice tests on the platform, all REAL SAT past papers (30-40 practices), and even special US school day SAT practices, exclusive to the intensive 750+ group only. It paid off at the end. Got a desirable mark of EBRW 760, adding up to a 1550 superscore. Big thanks to @SATashkent and the professional mentors helped us break our own stereotypes.
Thank you Rasulbek for being one of us! 🔥YNWA - BGSA👍

If ever I saw the pic on the whiteboard for the first time, I'd probably think it's either a fish or a submarine with specification of its body parts. But no, what you see here is the evolution timeline of several American Southwestern languages, with lines indicating precedent correlations of current languages. SAT is no joke as far as Ebrw question types that determine whether you will get above 750+ are concerned. ©️A masterpiece by @D7posts👨‍🎨

#Funfact for those who have a niche in space exploration
While I haven't delved into the space field very deeply, I am aware of it quite a bit. And also aware that city residents do not get to experience the full original space observation unless they clear the city of air pollution and turn off all lights.
The fun side is that I have never seen that bright star in the sky ever before in the condition of a polluted city (the pic on the left). It was also switching between red and white colors in a matter of seconds, which made me think it was a plane at first, but it is here since two nights showing zero movement. So I pulled up an app that can enable us to observe our beloved 'MilkyShake Galaxy 🌌🧋' only to find out it was a planet reflecting sunlight. It was Venus - explains why it appears in red and white, along with other factors. The takeaway is "You can see planets without telescopes, given the right time and the right condition." 🪐 Sometimes they even line up with all the others one by one! Appears on the Southwest skyline after sunset, although, it was only visible yesterday and couple hours before when I took the shot, for some reason, idk.

Too much preparation for SAT going on; I'm worried now my writing style looks like SAT based reading questions from scientific papers. 🤣 No wonder if I end up with a science based 'Personal Statement/Motivation letter' 😐

Took a 2-hour sauna today, post-workout. 4x 30-minute sessions with quick cooldowns between each of 'em. Here's why:
While saunas, jacuzzis, and hot baths are pleasing, in reality, they're not if you force yourself to take them, especially for 2 straight hours, but still ridiculously beneficial for overall health, anti-inflammatory purposes, and, one of my favorites, surge in Human Growth Hormone. *not an easy task to perform under 80°C+ conditions, btw, which is why it takes great will to resist the urge to leave the sauna after you're bored and covered in sweat Research shows that repeated heat exposure via traditional Finnish saunas can bring about up to a 16x increase in HGH. Dr. Andrew Huberman talks about the following research in detail in his podcasts. Lecture on heat exposure for health: https://youtu.be/EQ3GjpGq5Y8?si=XiXFByC6MwSIeHo3  Link for the paper: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3788622/ Although Dr. Rhonda Patrick points out that post-workout saunas are great anti-inflammatory tools that, when performed correctly, will have benefits in performance for endurance-based exercises, I wouldn't take saunas directly after my training sessions since, as I noticed, they will give a way out of muscle sores, which makes me think there will be less muscle recovery effecting negatively for hypertrophy.
