(3,3) is a crypto game-theory meme that originated with OlympusDAO.
The basic idea: two holders can either cooperate by staking/locking their tokens or act against the system by selling.

Stake Sell
Person A Stake (3,3) (1,-1)
Sell (-1,1) (-3,-3)
The numbers represent the theoretical outcome for each participant:
(3,3) — both stake and cooperate; both receive the best combined outcome.
(1,-1) — one stakes while the other sells.
(-1,1) — the reverse.
(-3,-3) — both sell; theoretically the worst collective outcome.
It essentially means:
If we both cooperate instead of dumping, we both win.
