What is the fact? Flamingo did indeed use Accord's code directly in early versions and did not open source. Flamingo did indeed use some GPL licensed code from FFmpeg. What is the fiction? Flamingo never intended to draw inspiration from Accord, and all interface design, imitation (imitating iOS), and code writing were done by us. As a work that imitates Apple Music, we don't think Akane has the right to criticize others. Everything he and I have done is just moving towards the effect of Apple Music on iOS. Meanwhile, Akane has never mentioned any issues regarding open source protocols to us since we started using FFmpeg until yesterday. We wouldn't believe that an ordinary developer would suddenly awaken their open source spirits one day and harshly condemn software and its developers that are similar in category to what they are doing.
