I didn’t want to go today. Tbh I really couldn’t be arsed, I thought why not to get a coffee instead. But I went, didn’t have the best of sessions but I feel 10x better. My future self drinking coffee 1 hour later is happy I went to the gym. And i feel much more energised. Amazing what chemicals can stimulate your brain after a bit of fitness. I ask of you to do the same! I prefer going to the gym early on a morning because on an evening I get chance to spend time with Kush & Roman.
