At long last, my lovely wife has opend a telegram channel 🎉 To introduce her, she's a Program manager, trainer, coffee nerd, and she has trained and inspired so many ppl through Green Pill which she currently leads. She's gonna share the life lessons she has learned along the way. Who knows, maybe we might also do some collab content in the furure (probably her trying to make me drink coffee 👀)

Me and Nardi are starting a 1 month lock-in challenge from August 1st.
