UPDATE ON FURBOWL THIS WEEKEND: Due to some troubles we've run into we've had to implement a couple policy changes: —— IMPORTANT: When you enter the bowling alley, we ask that you remove your fursuit head for the alley's safety. -AND- When you are paying for bowling, we ask that you remove your fursuit head so that we can put a face with a name. Secondly, We reserve the right to admit and refuse access to being in the photo. Lastly, while we cannot directly remove people from the alley itself, if there is ever a problem, please let us know immediately and we can talk to the alley and discuss actions. ——

Also, figured I'd bring the FAQ over here from the Facebook event: — BIG AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please, if you see or experience any issues or incidents, please find Manick, Whitek, Asch, Spring, or Sparky and we'll take care of things. 😊 ---- Just so there's no confusion and concern, any events (including the Sheetz run) is unaffiliated with the PGH Furbowl. ----- Karaoke is really a hit! Come on by! You can sign up with Manick or sign up with the QRCode/URL that's posted around the bar! We'll do our best to accommodate any requested song but can't guarantee we have them all, but its back! If you are looking for any specific songs, we use software called Karafun. They keep an updated list of songs at their page here: http://www.karafun.com/karaoke-song-list.html ----- When you arrive at the furbowl and want to bowl, please find Asch, Spring, Whitek, or Manick and we can mark you down as a bowler and take your payment. We will have a table setup for this purpose. ----- The meets are ranging from slow nights of around 70 people, to busy nights of nearly 200(!) furs from all around the regions and we continue to see more and more people each meet. - The location is AMF Lanes (1601 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15228) unless otherwise noted as well. - The alley is fursuit friendly. Fulls, partials, tails and/or ears are all welcomed if you have them. - We have a curtained off area for changing into suits and other attire with amenities like cleaning wipes, water, and fans. - We take a group photo every meet at 10 (all are welcome, not just fursuits!) - The cost is currently $17 to bowl for four games until the end of the meet. This includes shoe rental and tax. Games start around 7:45PM - The alley is equipped with a bar/lounge, arcade, billiards, and has some decent food options as well. - Karaoke starts around 7:30/8 depending on how busy the organizers get at the main table. - The meets have been attended by a number of artists and gamers as well. Feel free to bring sketchpads or tabletop games (If you don't bowl though, please support the alley by getting some food.) - In the past, people tend to take off and try to find food after. It depends on their tastes but there are restaurants not too far away that are open late! February 2024 Furbowlaoke! With an =====IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT===== Due to overall costs increasing over the past few years, the alley has had to raise their rates. Nothing else will be changing, but the price for bowling has risen to $17. =( Please be aware of this change going into February, as unfortunate as it is. Also as a reminder, please bring cash! If you can't bring cash, you can pay via Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp via links displayed at the signup table. BUT HOLY CRAP, January was HUGE, meow!
