Start the exercise by centering yourself in the Isa position, after three deep breaths move to the Uruz stance, place your hands flat on the floor and kick your legs out so you are in the pushup position, this is a form of Laguz, and finally kick back up by going into Sowilo position before standing all the way up and returning to Isa stance. This movement is much like a slow controlled burpee with a pause in each position, you can do this for any number of repetitions you like, but I recommend doing a minimum of nine reps each morning.      As you do the runic exercise make sure you are focused on building your runic energy. I do this by using a mantra which I go over in my mind as I do the movements, it goes: I (Isa) am the Will (Uruz) which shall pour forth (Laguz) over Midgard to bring about Victory (Sowilo) for my Folk. Channeling your thoughts like this while performing the rune statha will allow you to feel more focused, as well as more in tune with the purpose of each rune within the exercise. This is the next step in evolution for us who wish to work Wotan's Will upon the world, and if you take it seriously you will notice the might of the runes coursing within you. Even if such exercises are unfamiliar to you, I implore you who are reading this to take the time to start your morning off with this for one month. Limit yourself no more! In the struggle to create a truly superior individual we often overlook the potential for runic energy to propel us to that next level. "WHITE AMERICANS ARE DRAGGING DOWN  U.S. LIFE EXPECTANCY"      Ever get the feeling that White people are guilty of just about everything ?  Notice the wording in the newspaper:  Whites are "dragging down US life expectancy."  Damn! CONTINUED......Especially in an area like this, where most believe the government has not only failed them, but has also aided in the drug wave that is killing their kin. As people who are striving towards White independence, each of these major issues gives us the chance to provide our Folk with proof that they can be changed. People know what's wrong, but they need to see that something can be done about it and that we are the people to do it. Each of us has a solemn duty to our Faith, Folk and Family to stand resolutely between them and these threats to their future. We must find solid ways to bring our youth back to the pillars of our Folk so that we may guide them forward. Rekindling the spirit that grows dimmer with each generation and fanning those flames which rest in their hearts just waiting to be revived. The truth of who we are will remind them of how precious this life truly is. Thus, bringing back to the forefront their inherent uniqueness which today's society has worked so hard to strip them of. As each of us becomes the shining example which illuminates the superiority of who we are, our youth will once again turn to us for guidance. Only then can we guide them away from those who seek to prey upon them and return them to a safe and healthy lifestyle. The time is now to root out these predators in our midst as we work to secure our existence so that White children can have a future. So join me in this pursuit my Brothers and Sisters, because there is no need for any more of our children to die.

For far too long we have remained aloof to the peril which plagues our youth, especially within the walls of these prisons. As a man who has lived here for some years, I have seen how the dealers who literally sell our children death are allowed to mingle amongst us. They come in here and continue to peddle their foul substances which sicken our people and retard their morality. While this sincerely bothers me every day, the more pressing matter is what these people are doing to our communities. Our youth are falling prey to these leeches, these dealers who are willing to watch our children die so that they can make a couple dollars. Such lunacy is truly incomprehensible to myself, as well as infuriating to think about. We must put a stop to this immediately, no longer can we allow this to happen, or allow these people to remain within our communities. The problem of opioid use within our communities has been an escalating one, which has begun to wreak untold havoc on our most vulnerable kin. This attack on our youth has been utilized strategically to overwhelmingly affect rural youth, and those who would typically be less likely to suffer from substance abuse. There is no accident in the way drugs have been wielded against our people, and the saddest part is that we have played right into their hands. In recent years we have watched how drug dealing has developed into its own culture, with a unique style, music and intrinsic draw for our youth who seek an escape from the mundane. This escape can no longer be viewed as simple youth rebellion though with the rise of fentanyl. Now it merely takes one mistake to find yourself dead from this powerful substance. Each year enough fentanyl flows into our county to kill the entire population several times over, and the tactics of distribution get more inventive by the day. This abundance has turned the harshest narcotic on the market into one which is readily accessible to nearly everyone. Which means that at any given time there are tens of thousands of these predators lurking within our communities waiting to deal our Folk death so they can make a few dollars. Leaving countless White youth in their wake as the victims of overdose every day. It hurts my heart to watch our people fall victim to this fatal escape and it truly makes me feel like we have failed them. We are meant to be the defenders of our Folk and the communities that we live in. Yet we seem at a loss on how to combat these scourges upon our loved ones. Therefore, It is imperative that we look for ways to reconnect with our Folk and provide them with positive alternatives to these deadly decisions. We must do this by bringing forward the positive role models needed within their peer groups to build a new youth culture on the pillars of blood and honor. Reminding them of the importance that lives within their blood and the demands of their honor in times of strife such as these. The camaraderie needed for this change will also be found in the pursuit of combating these enemies of our Folk. Thus, giving them both the friend group needed to work in a healthy direction, and the common enemy needed to coalesce a group. Hopefully the same will work for those who have been misled into the depraved lifestyle of a dealer, if they are not beyond repair. But at no point can they be allowed to remain around our Folk in any sense if they continue to promote or perpetuate their formal lifestyle. This disease must be wholly ripped from the minds of our Folk and returned to its status as a degrading existence deserving of death. We will also find that as we clean up our communities, we will gain solid inroads with the rest of the White people within them. This is a problem that has touched nearly every family in one way or another, and finding a solution to it has countless benefits for our community building strategy as well. We must remember that our problems are usually our Folk's problems, and as we look for answers we are also boosting our ability to prove our worth to our Folk.

WOTAN RISING! I was tempted to title this post "Wotan is Back!" but, truth is, he never left - He just kept a low profile for a while... But now, as always, he moves and stirs in the souls of men and women of Germanic heritage...Not just "Germans," but Scandinavians and Saxons and all other related far-flung Euro-folk. The truth is - as Carl Jung knew - that Wotan's presence is not about borders, but about blood and spirit. Call him Wotan or Woden or Odin, or by his most ancient name, Wodhanaz, and he will respond to those of his kin who earnestly seek him. It's not just Wotan rising, it is also Wotan Network. Much has been happening: I have been absorbed in writing a book that has demanded my time - a book on spiritual development in the way of Wotan. Suffice to say that Wotan has never paused his relationship with his Folk. He is in us, a part of our being. Now it is time for us, his Folk, to respond. Where do you find him? As May comes around once again I find myself thinking on that second set of immortal words: "That the beauty of the White Aryan woman must not perish from the earth." The women of our Noble Race have always been the cornerstone of our Folk. The wife does not hold the keys for no reason, but it seems more and more to me that we have lost sight of her importance. Not necessarily within those of us who are racially aware, but certainly within our Race as a whole. The saddest and most infuriating part of this, is the effect it has had upon our women themselves. Everywhere we look, we can see how our beautiful White women are coveted and degraded by the mongrel hordes which blanket our once great land, and how they have flocked to this false worship. The most beautiful women on the planet adorn the arms of monkeys like a pure snowflake that somehow landed upon a pile of excrement. Meanwhile the strongest and proudest mothers of our Folk who resist this degradation are singled out and slandered with derogatory names, or put on watchlists for caring about the rearing of their children. How has the place of our Gods' most perfect creation been reduced to this? I will tell you how, because the men of our race lost sight of their purpose in this world. The defense of Faith, Folk, and Family! For far too long have we been cowed by societal pressure while all that we love has been taken and abused by our enemies. There will be no future for the women of our Race if we do not become MEN again, plain and simple. Nothing in this world belongs to those who are unwilling to fight for it. Nor should it. We must cherish our women again and restore them to their rightful place of honor in a society that knows their worth. Only then will we have any chance of truly ensuring that this world never loses the pure beauty that can only be found in the women of our Race. I say that they must not, cannot, and will not perish from the earth, because we are going to be the men needed to make it so! Hail the Mothers!

In a world filled with such demands it is imperative that we understand our lives are not ours to do with as we please, they are the Folk's only chance at salvation. This is Honor, the pillar which countless waves of enemy forces have crashed against for millennia. It has been battered, chipped and cracked but it has never let our race perish. Nor will it, so long as we hold it dear enough to embrace its demands. The homeland our people so desperately needs awaits us my Brothers and Sisters! The time is now to march forward with the blood of heroes and the honor of kings as we carve out the soil which our children shall enjoy for a thousand generations to come!! To be continued....

Having discussed the reasoning behind why we must secure the existence of our people, it is now time to elaborate on what a secure existence truly looks like. As David Lane has stated countless times since he proclaimed those immortal words which are our guiding light, it is Natural Law above all else which should provide us with the answers we seek. This is because Nature is the creation of the Good God who gave us this life, and by extension of this truth, Nature's Laws are His divine decree. Natural Law has clearly evidenced that the protection, preservation and propagation of one's own species is the individual's highest task, as we illustrated in the first section. Therefore, we must again look to Nature for guidance on how to uphold these sacred demands, and it is here that we find the Law of the Territorial Imperative. This Law is built upon the understanding that without an area wholly their own, a people will eventually perish. Each people needs a territory in which they can have control of their own destiny, a territory which holds enough space and resources to sustain their intended population, and a space with ruthlessly defended borders. These truths are self-evident if one but looks around them. There are countless rules both spoken and unspoken within today's society that defy all logic. Countless laws which are detrimental to our well-being and even some that spell certain death for our people, yet here we still stand thinking something will miraculously change. The time is long gone for wants and wishes, it is now the time of the Will. It is from this that we arrive at the imperative nature of this demand. There can be no other response to these transgressions than action, and the actions we put forth must be in the relentless pursuit of territory. The future of our children rests upon our ability to create a vanguard between us and the cultural decline of the country we now live in. Without this immediate break from our sickened society we will be dragged into the bottomless abyss with this abomination that they call a nation. This can only he done with the most ancient and contested possession known to man, LAND. Since the earliest days of man we have fought, bled and warred over nearly every inch of this world. This is because without land there is no chance of survival for a people. There is no ability to grow, to prosper or to find true security, and it is the secure existence of our people which we are striving for here. Therefore we must find a territory which has the necessary resources and land mass to sustain a population of tens of millions of people. We must not only find it though, we must take it for ourselves. The creation of an all-White nation is the task which awaits us if we are to live by the iron laws of Nature. There can be no other explanation for what a secure existence means, nor should there be. We disagree on far too much as it is, we must finally come to the inevitable conclusion that this is the only solution for the future of our children and set our hearts to it immediately. We cannot continue to hold onto the idea that America shall be ours in one fell swoop if we can just get into the right positions, or acquire the means to make it so. Because if this continues to be our aim in the immediate, then we will lose any chance of it being possible in the future. We men of the Answer have made it clear from the beginning of this publication, that it is the Northwest Migration which we have chosen as the way to secure a homeland for our people. Therefore, it is not my intention to promote or refute any other plans for our future, only to lay out my reasoning behind this choice and its application. This will be what we cover in the subsequent sections of this study course. It is my sincere hope that as we have begun this journey of laying the groundwork for our future, that you have begun to see the duty which rests at each of our feet. Just as we must is not a question, neither should there be any question of what we must do. Either we will be the genera
