❌EXPOSING TWITTER SELLER❌ @krworldwidebuy (pay attention to the profile picture) reason : irresponsible proxy😔 1️⃣ Often delay to give updates to her buyers (i got ghosted for a week, after that baru dapat reply)😞 2️⃣ Take bulk order but didn't manage to get majority of the items 3️⃣ Keep changing username everytime someone expose her (to fool people thinking she had no issue in the past) 4️⃣ I'm still waiting for my refunds till this very day (some buyer already got their meanwhile others are still waiting) 5️⃣ Some buyers complain yg dia tak dapat all of her items when her items arrived hopefully everyone beware dengan this user so that tk terkena macam i🥲

But I think refunding us is the better option right now, admins should be more responsible knowing there's so much customer who bought through them and waiting for updates, and you guys keep ignoring it, why? i want to ask whether anybody receives their parcels or gets an update from Haruniverse? The last time she updated in her channel was in October 2025. Sometimes I keep on wondering whether my items are secured or not, is it at the wh? Also, is this channel always late... in everything? I don't mind if sellers are slow, as long as they give constant updates and reassure buyers about their items.

i asked her if she can truly handle all the postage since there's many items she's handling. i offered to help by saying that we can hire other people to do the postage but then she gave the excuse that she already bought a lot of packaging items. i stated at the end that i can't trust her since she has no proof that she did do postage then she didn't reply to me anymore. — 17/6/2025 she updated on the channel regarding some of the batches and postage. then she gave excuses on why she's _so_ busy (as if she's the busiest person in the world). — 28/6/2025 no updates. no replies. until this date when she replied: - she packed for shopee buyers - paid ems first for china jaemin magazine - no time to update masterlist after that, no more replies or updates until — 2/7/2025 she posted on the channel: - postage - payment for jaemin magazine ems - open link for postage (do note that she did stated before postage will be done until end of june) however, there are many buyers that stated that they did not receive all their items and that packaging was terrible (what happened to the packing items that she bought???) — 12/7/2025 she updated in the channel regarding postage and that tracking number is sent to the buyers email. but no buyer received anything at their email & they didn't receive any parcels. she also share refund group links to the channel but there's no update whatsoever in any of that group. — i kept bumping her from 28/6 on whatsapp and even sent emails to her using the email above but no respond. i admit, on july, i didn't messaged her as much due to personal reasons. then on 28/7/2025, i then noticed that my messages are only 1 tick which makes me realize that syda has blocked me on whatsapp. — 31/7/2025 she posted on the channel for buyers to proceed postage before 2nd august and said she posted updates regarding refund in the groups (can't screenshot it because of security policy ?) but basically all she said in the group is that she will start refund *this month* and will sent proof in group as progress update. BUT NOTHING AFTER THAT WHICH MEANS SHE HASN'T REFUNDED ANY BUYER. — 4/10/2025 IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS and no updates on the channels, syda didn't reply to any buyers and im still blocked on whatsapp. the only communication available is between syda and sha (owner of the channel) but syda still doesn't reply to her. until this date when sha whatsapp her asking about parcels and she replied that flash will pickup the parcels tomorrow (5/10). BUT NOTHING. NO UPDATES. NO REPLIES. BUYERS STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEIR PARCELS. NO REFUNDS HAVE BEEN MADE. we are planning to do a police report regarding this problem unless she reaches out to settle everything
