Another full day has already been wasted. While you sit around endlessly debating the nature of the paper, the difficulty level, and the predictability, the clock is ticking. What is done is done. The prelims 2026 is in the past; your focus must be on the future.
Snap out of it and change your mindset today. It does not matter if you think you are clearing or not. If you are serious about this journey, you need to start grinding for Mains right now.
And finally, for those who are still undecided whether they should pursue the CSE and seek alternative. They may take one week, but not more than that.

This is how all the questions come from the coaching institutes. This particular Institute in question is Anantam IAS. And it’s ethics faculty is my flatmate, disgusting person and belonging to equally disgusting Institute.

Guys who are appearing, focus on CSAT. Even if you have attempted 70 questions, it’s a good number. After going through the paper, my analysis is that anyone would have found it difficult to complete the paper in time, so be optimistic and hopeful. go all in for CSAT.

Reach the exam centre little earlier, stay calm, and don’t panic under any circumstances. Maintain your composure throughout the paper and avoid analysing GS until you’re done with CSAT.
Trust your preparation, believe in yourself, and give it your best shot.

The prelims are more about managing emotions and time than intelligence and content, so don’t panic about last-minute marathon sessions you had planned. If you’re anxious, revise what you’ve already studied; if you don’t feel like it, relax and enjoy. These 1-2 odd days won’t make a significant difference, but those 2+2 hours will. So, get into the right mental space, stay confident, and enjoy.
