Royal jelly 👑 Royal jelly is a thick, milky substance secreted by worker honeybees to feed larvae and the queen bee in a colony to help the queen bee grow much bigger and live longer than the other bees. It contains essential minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron, and phosphorus. It also contains enzymes and hormones that increases testosterone and can also help to develop the maxilla (upper jaw) It’s expensive af but worth it. First time I had this I was bricked up within 20 minutes 🍆

Raw unsalted cheese trains to help detox heavy metals and toxins in the body. You can make your own cheese at home with raw milk. You just need to leave your milk out on the counter for 1-2 days, but covered with cloth and an elastic band. Then you need to strain it with a cheesecloth, you can just eat it fresh as cottage cheese, or you can leave it to hang and age more

Children require adequate nutrition to develop properly in their early years, traditionally, children’s first food was mainly raw liver, raw milk and raw egg yolks, these are three of the most nutrient rich foods on the planet, which are essential for optimal brain development and function, optimal bone growth, skin health, hair growth, facial development, hormonal health etc… feeding children grain based diets is in my opinion is pure child abuse, they hate it intuitively, children will devour meat and milk, they hate vegetables and grain sludge, because that’s not what they’re designed to eat. Feeding children grain based diet and vegetables will result in nothing less than stunted growth, mental and behaviour issues, gut issues, and abnormal skull and teeth development… In the videos you can clearly see how happy and healthy the meat based baby is, and how much he enjoys it, the kid being fed vegetables on the other hand… I might even put together a compilation showing how much kids hate plant based foods

This is what a typical weekly food shop looks like for me… Shit tonne of eggs 5kgs of beef mince or venison mince Lots of marrow bones Some liver (only when my body craves it) About 7 litres of raw milk (I’m trying to cut down) A couple jars of raw honey some raw unsalted butter Little bit of fruit (usually seasonal and local) I also have other things too, such as royal jelly, raw cream, raw unsalted cheese etc but this is pretty accurate for me Honestly I don’t track the cost but it probably comes up to around 200 €/£ or 250$ per week, maybe sometimes a little bit more
