Documents required for NEET Counselling
1. 10th and 12th marksheet or Passing Certificate (whatever u have, if have both then carry both).
2. Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and Migration Certificate (from board or university) from the institute last attended (12th class or college).
3. Domicile certificate (in case of State counseling. Not required for students done 11th and 12th from Delhi).
4. NEET Application Form
5. NEET Admit Card (First page only without invigilator's sign).
6. NEET Score Card (Result).
7. Category Certificates, if applicable (Central certificate for all india Counselling and State Certificates for state counseling). General or Open Category students don't need any caste certificate.
8. Gap Affidavit (If taken drop after 12th or after bsc). We will send you the format of gap affidavit which needs to be made by a notary in court on 10 or 50 rupees stamp. This is required during admission.
9. 8 Passport size photos (same as of in NEET Form).
10. Proof of Identity (Adhar/Driving license/Voter id card/12th admit card or any valid photo id card issued by govt or govt authority)
11. Seat Allotment letter (During admission after Allotment of seat u will get).
12. Equivalency certificate (needed in telangana if done 12th from other boards). This will be made online from telangana state board website. You can make after getting the college.
13. Study certificate (in Karnataka) states that u have studied in this school and signed, sealed by principal or head of school.
14. Character certificate (from school or any Gazetted officer)
15. Health certificate (needed after allotment of college in some states)
Keep these documents ready in 2 sets of photocopies and in original ones too.
If someone has a document of digilocker then kindly take the original one from the school or college or board office.
If someone lost any original document then duplicate copy from the authority will also work.
