Saida has a malignant cancer in her upper jaw. Doctors say she needs surgery as soon as possible to stop it from spreading. The surgery will remove part of her upper jaw, followed by reconstructive surgery and serious aftercare.
I know this family. I know the person running this fundraiser. I have personally seen the scans and spoken to people connected to the doctors and medical team. This is real. This is urgent. And this is legitimate.

Saida was evacuated from Gaza with only one of her sons. Her husband and most of her children remain in Northern Gaza. Their home was destroyed. When she arrived in Cairo, she had only a plastic bag with her belongings.
