A towering figure in Iranās political and intellectual life, Larijaniās legacy stretches from the battlefield ranks of the IRGC to being one of the main figures of Iran's political landscape. He served as parliament speaker from 2008 to 2020, was a trusted advisor to martyr Sayyed Ali Khamenei, and the Secretary of Iranās Supreme National Security Council twice, between 2005 and 2007, and then from August 2025.
Yet beyond titles, he was a man of conviction, one who relentlessly warned the US and "Israel" that Iran would not yield, declaring, "We will not leave you until you admit your mistake and pay the price."
Even in his final moments, in his final message, his words carried the weight of sacrifice, honoring fallen soldiers and vowing that martyrdom would only strengthen the nationās resolve.
