There are no 'safe' brands
Finding clean, or at least less-dangerous products is hard and often takes lots of research.
When we do finally find a suitable product or supplement, we often end up looking for other products we need from the same brand.
⚠️ This is often a massive mistake.
➡️ Just because one product is clean, doesn't mean anything else from the company is clean.
A clear example of this can be found in two of iHerb's top supplement brands
(I won't name them, but you definitely know them)

❌ = same brand, different product, more problematic ingredients list
It is also a good idea to check the ingredients again when you restock.
The industry has been going down the drain before our very eyes and it's common to see previously clean products be corrupted in real time.

Nanotech Quote of the Day #27
"Nanotechnology [is being used to] increase the shelf-life of different kinds of food materials and also help bring down wastage of food due to microbial infestation."
📝 This is an excuse for using nanotech to fight 'climate change'.
➡️ What this does is basically turn all your food into a McDonalds burger... it's so poisonous even mould & fungus can't eat it.
"Nowadays nanocarriers are being utilized as delivery systems to carry food additives in food products without disturbing their basic morphology."
📝 This is quite disturbing, a nano delivery means that they can accurately direct synthetics onto your taste and smell receptors and manipulate input.
➡️ With this tech in use, it's entirely possible to eat something fully rancid and not smell or taste anything is off.

Extra note: While organics are far from perfect, the control on this problem is generally much better.
This would explain why often you see a product with all certified organic ingredients (marked with a *), except for the flavoring which isn't certified organic.

How natural is natural-flavor? Part 2
Natural flavors often contain:
❗️Solvents
❗️Emulsifiers
❗️Flavor modifiers
❗️Preservatives
These include petrochemicals (like we talked about yesterday) and even GMOs.
➡️ According to numerous sources, these additives can make up 80% of the actual flavoring.
And you can have up to 100 of these chemicals in the flavoring.
Of course, the manufacturer does not have to disclose these on food labels.

I've been talking from a nanotech-perspective how 'organic' isn't organic and how 'natural' isn't natural for so long, it makes me so happy to see this info so well documented for us.

In cases like this, the dosages are usually negligible. It's not ideal, but you'll probably be fine.
This differs from nanotoxicity, because with nanotech we also have to consider long-term accumulation.
The question I ask myself is "why would you expose yourself to this toxicity if you can avoid it?".
We already deal with enough stressors, there usually isn't any need to add more.
And in more niche cases, such as sensitive people, babies, children with allergies, anyone suffering so-called 'incurable' illnesses... these small variables that are often ignored can end up causing massive reactions.

How natural is natural-flavor?
Was researching a product for a client and saw it had a 'natural flavor' ingredient.
Personally I avoid anything with natural flavors and I recommend anyone who asks my advice to do the same.
In this case, I decided to dig deeper.

Turns out many 'natural' flavors contain propylene glycol.
Propylene glycol is petroleum-based and used to make plastics as well as an additive in natural flavorings 👻
(distant relative of poly-ethylene glycol/PEG used in the CONVID🥕)
It causes all forms of irritation, alters gut bacteria, causes inflammation and puts stress on the livers and kidneys.
For people with impaired liver & kidney function, propylene glycol can be particularly dangerous.
Very natural, right? 😂

Common Sentences Alternative People Say That Aren't True
🥬 "I eat clean. My diet is perfect"
Eating clean is a big spectrum, people also have different definitions and different nutritional requirements.
However, we ALL make compromises and there is ALWAYS room for improvement.
If you achieve only eating food from your own farm, we can talk about minimising chemtrail contamination, heavy metals in fertilisers & other external inputs including winds carrying chemicals from other farms. Anyone claiming their nutrition is 100% clean is simply wrong.
😎 "All my products are natural"
Stop looking at the cute front-label. Read the ingredients. Do 10 seconds of Googling and come back to me.
I sometimes feel bad clearing these illusions in people, but it's better than them poisoning themselves for years wondering what's going on, my products are great, why is this happening to me?. And for some families that I've worked with, their products were sending their baby to the hospital.
💋 "My makeup is clean"
If you didn't make it yourself, that's simply not true. So the questions become: how toxic, are you aware of the implications and are you willing to make a trade-off knowing the potential risks?
The problem isn't if you decide to use a toxic product.
The problem is if you don't know the dangers and therefore can't make an informed decision or trade-off.
🤓 "I've tried everything... every method, every cure"
That's simply not possible. There are innumerable aspects to our existence, there are infinite approaches, methodologies and solutions that could work. And remember there are also endless mental, spiritual and emotional approaches too.

For the record, I am not entirely against EDTA in some situations.
I am fully against Methylene Blue though. I see absolutely no need for a synthetic blue dye, that integrates with nanotech, that has a bunch of weird & wacky biological effects and comes from methanol.
If you look at the chemical components of MB and the synthesis of MB, it's a bunch of flammable petrochemicals and poisonous polymer precursors (phenylenediamine) bound to synthetic sulfur.
Maybe you like it and that's fine, but that stuff isn't going anywhere near me 😂🏃

EDTA, Methylene Blue, Cyanide
I've talked here about the problems with both EDTA & Methylene Blue individually.
(if you're new here you might find that surprising, you can always use the channel Ctrl-F function to see previous posts on certain topics)
One of the concerns with EDTA is the fact that cyanide is used to manufacture it.
I have heard of long-term EDTA users testing and finding high cyanide levels, there is a possible link there.
Today I was looking at some Methylene Blue research and noticed something.
It's used as an antidote for cyanide poisoning.

Perfect loop here: EDTA gives you cyanide. Take Methylene Blue (MB) for the cyanide. When the MB interferes with the iron in your blood, the EDTA likely enhances iron bioavailability.

Two Natural-Living Archetypes
😁 The Pinhole Optimist -
is 'mainstream-alternative.
The Optimist hasn't been down the rabbit hole deep enough to realise that the alternative industry has been hijacked by Big Pharma.
They don't realise how many poisons are advertised as miracle cures. Nor do they realise how many good things are subtly mixed with toxic additives.
They are aware of all kinds of toxicity-related issues, but think they are exclusive to junk-food, non-organic food and mainstream brands.

What they need to learn: toxicity doesn't depend on the label, and isn't changed by a cute organic stamp.
In our skewed reality:
❗️ 'Natural' doesn't mean it's natural.
❗️ 'No-synthetics' doesn't mean it's clean.
❗️ Organics are 'better' on the spectrum, but still have many of the exact same problems non-organics have.
The Optimist sees "all natural" and doesn't bother to read the ingredient list, and is shocked when you tell them that organic farms also use toxic biocides filled with heavy-metal contaminants.
😨 The Jaded Nihilist
The Nihilist understands what the Optimist doesn't... it ALL contains toxicity.
They get that micro & nanoplastics are in everything -> even organics
They get that heavy metals & nanometals are in everything -> even organics
They get that the very air that we breathe is filled with airborne nanometals
But this makes them depressed. They either decide none of it matters, and hurt themselves with things they know are poisons.
Or they retreat from life and become paranoid and fearful of everything.

What they need to learn: our resilience and the fact that dosage matters.
Our bodies are incredible systems that possess complexities we cannot begin to understand. We are resilient, and can take incredible amounts of stress while still functioning well.
Everything contains toxicity, but we can help ourselves massively by reducing our toxic intake. It's all on a spectrum... the more bad you avoid, the more good you're doing yourself.
If it's bad, and you can avoid it... just avoid it. And if it's unavoidable, like air, or microplastics in food... accept it, trust yourself, and trust your Creator.
➡️ Just do your best. Learn more and make small improvements.
It's the small changes maintained over decades that will give you a longer healthier life and prevent all the weird 'aging diseases' they try to convince you are 'normal'.

I remember when I first heard about the fertility crisis and the statistics, I couldn't believe it.
For the next few months, most of my awareness-raising focus was all about xeno-estrogens, sperm counts, miscarriage rates, nanotech & fertility etc
What I discovered, is for whatever reason... most people just don't care.
They don't care about infertility (HELLO, WHAT ABOUT YOUR KIDS/GRANDKIDS???) and they don't really care about hormonal health.
I found similarly concerned people, but it was nowhere near the massive response I expected given the massive implications of this massive problem.
It seems like it's a small niche where if you're not suffering, you just don't care.
But then one time on a podcast I mentioned as an aside how this effects the function of certain reproductive organs... suddenly everyone's ears perked up and I got people listening & interacting 😂 🙈
So for the record, outside of children, and private-part-function, your hormonal health also controls:

❗️ Intelligence/brain function
❗️ Sleep
❗️ Aging
❗️ Weight
❗️ Metabolism & digestion
❗️ Ability to break down sugar

Yep, basically everything. The body is not a machine. All systems interact & blend in a way that computer components could never.

Note: you can also find nano-packaging for sale, including containers and baby bottles.. but these are usually openly advertised as nano.
Either way, be extremely skeptical of any containers that say things like 'fresh for longer' or 'miracle storage'

Nano in Food Packaging
Usually nanotech in everyday products is a selling point.
This means that it's openly disclosed... if not directly disclosed, then with a sneaky nano-synonym or trickword.
However, in the case of nano food packaging, like for example a meat-tray at your supermarket... the nano goes fully undisclosed.
Why?
The selling point is to the supermarket, not the consumer. Because the selling point is: shelf-life ♾️
❓ Why does it matter?
To extend shelf-life, they use extremely toxic nanoparticles that kill bacteria... and kill you too.
The nano packaging contaminates the food through physical contact or air.
In addition to damaging your gut-lining, gut bacteria and digestion... the nanoparticles can be absorbed into the bloodstream and end up in your brain, heart and reproductive organs.
🥬 How common is nano food packaging?
Nano packaging is used in:
🍞 Bakery products
🥩 Meat products
🍺 Beverages
🍅 Fruit and vegetables
🌭 Prepared foods

This is why it's generally best to avoid eating anything from a packet.

Two Notes regarding the Above Post
1️⃣ Risks of nano in tech?
Nanotech inside computers and screens is very different to talking about nanotech in any other product.
This is simply because you won't be touching, absorbing, inhaling the particles... it's enclosed and won't be wandering around.
The health risks and other concerns aren't related to the nano specifically but more to the technology itself in general.
An anti-bacterial nano screen-protector on the other hand is a different story because the particles applied to the screen aren't held up and come into direct contact with your skin + leach off.
2️⃣ Nano in chips vs nanochips
Nanotech is used inside processors, but a microchip or nanochip refers to chips whose entire size amounts to micrometers or nanometers.
This is a lot harder and more complicated to pull off than a thumb-sized processor with lots of nanotech in it. The nanochip has to function independently in it's microscopic size.

Today someone asked me about the applications of nano.
He doesn't know he holds advanced nanotech in his hands every single day.
1️⃣ Computer Processors 🤖
Transistors, which are the building blocks of computers all utilise nanotechnology.
In the last decade the technology has progressed to the point where now these building blocks can be made from single atoms.
This has resulted in much smaller computer chips... to the point of fuelling more and more powerful microchips and now... nanochips.
➡️ As a concrete example: Intel's 10th Generation microprocessors released in 2019 utilised 10 nanometer materials.
The precision required to manipulate materials this small is inconceivable.
Maybe smartphones should be nicknamed nanomachines instead of zapping-machines 😆
2️⃣ Device Screens 🖥📱
Nanotechnology has been advancing display technology for a while.
➡️ The first LED TV to utilise nanotech in the display was Sony in 2013.
And of course the famous QLED technology utilises a type of advanced nanostructure call Quantum Dots (QDs).
(Hence the naming QLED)
Now OLED TVs will also use Quantum Dots (QD-OLED). This tech will be hitting the market at the end of the year from Apple to Samsung & Nokia. Supposedly the nanotech will literally be Inkjet printed into the screens making the whole process cheaper.
3️⃣ Wireless Tech 📡
In conjunction with advancement in computer processors... wireless tech has gotten much smaller.
➡️ RFID chips are the most obvious example of nanotech being used in wireless communication.
Of course we also have nanotech used for 5G, 6G and really anything using a higher frequency.
Nanotech also helps make other communication antennas smaller (sidenote: imagine what antenna-like nanotech does in your brain).
Most concerning however is small nanostructures being designed to live in the body and programmed to send and receive data to/from device outside the body.
Couple this technology with nano biosensors and nano drug delivery, and you have a perfectly digitized monitor-and-control system that is easily integrated with digital ID and social credit systems.
