‘They’re not bluffing’: Russian tactical nuke drills are loud warning to NATO to stay out of Ukraine “This is a signal to the Western leaders that they are serious. They are not bluffing,” retired US Army Lt. Col. Earl Rasmussen told Sputnik, commenting on Monday’s statements by the Russian military and the Kremlin about Russia missile troops’ plans to hold tactical nuclear weapons drills in the Southern Military District amid NATO threats to openly deploy troops to Ukraine.
“If the Western leaders escalate this further with direct engagement, Russia will directly engage them: and they'll destroy their forces, and potentially to protect the Russian state will, may result in tactical nuclear weapons [being used]. This is not good: this would force an escalation and eventually lead to a total nuclear war,” Rasmussen warned.
“I don't believe that Russia wants to do this. I believe they're trying to send a signal to caution the Western leaders from escalating further,” the 20-year US Army veteran-turned international and military affairs commentator said. Unfortunately, Rasmussen warned, the hostile statements coming out of Western capitals about “getting engaged” in Ukraine if the Ukrainian front collapses increase the risks of a direct clash. “This is a very, very dangerous provocation, a very dangerous escalation. I would caution Western leaders not to do that,” he said. Boost us! | Subscribe to @geopolitics_live

🇺🇸 Trump plans to expel 20 million illegal immigrants from the US - NYP If re-elected, Donald Trump plans to carry out the "largest mass deportation" in US history, reports The New York Post. The former president has vowed to crack down on illegal immigration and will involve the National Guard and the military. There are "nearly 20 million" undocumented migrants currently in the US. However, there are no details yet on exactly what resources will be needed to find, detain and deport such a large number of people. US immigration officials told NYP that such a large-scale operation would require a significant expansion of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as well as increased funding from Congress. A number of experts consider Trump's goal is justified and admit that the 20 million figure is not such an unreasonable estimate, given the record number of illegals entering the US under Biden. At the same time, according to official data from the US Census Bureau, there are 11 million immigrants in the country.

New European dream unveiled:🇮🇳India doing charity for beggars (e.g. Ukraine)
🗣🇨🇭"Switzerland has hopes that India will take part in the [international peace summit] on Ukraine in June," the country's President Viola Amherd said in an interview with the Swiss newspaper Blick.
🇷🇺Russia is surely not invited to the "party" despite being party to the conflict. 💪 Russia's strategic victory in Ukraine is India's gain. 👇Here is why: ▪️The weakening of the United States and, as a result, the decline of the American hegemony — this will further facilitate the rise of a new multipolar world order, in which it's easier for India to promote its national interests. ▪️ A strong Russia means a counterweight in the global scheme of things, where India can act independently, without regard for the U.S. or China. 🚂🫣 Latvia feared it would lose trains due to sanctions against Russia Latvian railway carrier AS Pasažieru vilciens has asked not to ban the purchase of spare parts from Russia and Belarus, TVNET reported. The company justified its request by the fact that most of the trains in Latvia were designed back in the Soviet times, and suitable spare parts are not produced in the European Union states. The company's representatives emphasised that the lack of necessary spare parts would lead to a reduction in the number of trains on the lines. Therefore, Latvia will not be able to provide continuous transport services.

The European Union will start regulating Telegram, according to Belgian publication De Standaard. The Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications (BIPT) will become the regulator of the messenger across the EU. It will monitor how Telegram responds to the spread of illegal content on the messenger, such as incitement to violence, the illegal sale of weapons and drugs. The publication calls the messenger "online bait for the far right, traffickers and terrorists". If Telegram does not respond to users' complaints, the regulator can impose fines. Earlier in the National Council on TV said that Ukraine is discussing the regulation of Telegram with Europe. We remind you that Ukraine has found a way to force Telegram to remove certain channels. The messenger is being pressured by Apple, which is threatening to remove the application from the App Store.
