Um, I might call myself Philstradamus because it has a good ring to it but when you say something is going to happen and then it does happen it’s kinda, you know, kind of is kinda like Nostradamus, a little bit. I know he had some, really bad predictions but um did he really though? Did he even exist? You know, was Nostradamus a real person or was it like the cabal the whole time just telling us what they had planned and then, after the fact, they went back and said there was this guy and his name was Nostradamus and he wrote in this text and said that 9/11 would happen and he said this would happen and he said that would happen. So, they kinda had a script for hundreds of years, is that what you’re telling me? Yeah, it’s true, it’s probably more accurate. Um, so yeah, silver is taking off, gold is taking off and it’s all a cluster of….it’s a very ridiculous series of events for the cabal. Honestly, they dug their own hole so I shouldn’t even really say it’s unfortunate series of events. It’s very, very…it was supposed to happen this way. It always was. So… Ah, yeah, the intel that I’m getting from the experts that I listen to say the mid triple digits. So you may think that you missed the boat on Sslver because you didn’t buy it when it was $14, $18, $21, $25 an ounce and now it’s double, triple those numbers. You didn’t miss anything. You missed the early gains. You’re never going to get them back. Nothing you can do about that. But that’s like saying oh da** I wish I could go back and change that thing that happened 10 years ago. So as the dollar is going down and the Fed’s just like, I don’t know what you’re talking about, what happens to metals? (Phil puts the metals photo on his screen again) So, the experts I listen to are saying that you are looking at mid….write this down. You’re looking at mid triple digits by quarter one of 2026. Let me say that again. Mid…meaning short for middle, triple…short for three (Phil holds up 3 fingers) digits three digits; so three digits…1, 2, 3…three place values. My kid’s on decimals right now so I know all about place values. So, there’s the ones place, tens place, hundreds place, thousands place and they go up infinitely. Actually they just keep going up forever, believe it or not. So, when you say mid triple digits there are 3 digits which would be the hundreds place, and when we say mid, mid hundreds, between 1…the first 100 number. and 9, the last 100 number before it hits to 1000. Mid would be (Phil uses his arm up and down to show the mid range) like 500, 600, 400ish….mid triple digits. Now, these are people that I have listened to…Robert Kiyosaki is one. Bix Weir, who I think you guys have heard me talk about many times on the show, is another, amongst many other economic experts and precious metal experts. You may think of me as a precious metal expert. I don’t. You may think of me as a financial advisor. I‘m not. But these are guys that I’ve listened to for a very, very, very long time since I was 20, 19-20 years old, and they’ve been consistent in everything that they’ve said. When there was going to be a drop of price or there was going to be an influx of something or whatever, they’ve…I’ve followed it and followed it and followed it, and in recent years, from the last 5 years, exactly what is happening now, they have said. They have told me and many other millions of people that it was going to happen and it is happening. And when I really bought into what they were saying, right around that same time, I started building up a pretty large audience. 39,838,000. Now, back then, when I first started this it wasn’t nearly that much, maybe a couple hundred thousand here and there. I remember hitting a million for the first time, I was really nervous that night because there were so many people watching. Now, it’s almost 40 million again. It’s not a good deal. They’re not going to do that. They’re not going to just give you money at a lower rate than what they receive it from, from the Fed. So, that’s called a prime rate, that’s what the Fed charges banks. That’s the prime rate and then the bank always tacks on a little bit of interest. Your local bank or credit union or whoever you use, tacks on a little bit of interest on top of that.  So, the Fed’s in this spot right now where if they lower the prime rate that would help with “inflation”, right? When we hear inflation, the first thing we should think of is Joe Biden. But in this case Donald Trump is President, but why is there inflation? Let me tell you why there’s inflation. There’s inflation because in this short period of time since Donald Trump enacted the tariff system, which are currently in place, which is bringing in trillions of dollars that the United States has never seen before. Well, they did prior to the Fed taking over. We had tariffs back then. Trump brought ‘em back. Good for him. Smart business guy, runs the country like a business. That’s why we voted for him, right? One of the reasons. But the Fed wants to lower these rates but they can’t, because that causes 2 problems. Number one, if the Feds lower rates, the cabal loses money. The cabal’s already losing money at a rapid rate. Rapid. So, these rates are kinda stuck here. Now, they’ll drop them a quarter point, who cares, right? But they’re stuck here. Now, if they do lower the rates the inflation slows. Why is there inflation, you say? Well, Trump’s President. We shouldn’t have inflation, Phil. Wrong. We have inflation because Trump enacted the tariff system. The tariff system in the short term raises prices for consumers. Because why? We’re now charging a tariff to another country so they can sell their product within the US. They then turn around and charge the United States the same tariff or higher tariff or whatever. But because we’re charging that other country a tariff, they’re raising their prices. So that the prices that the consumer pays, the prices that we pay at the store are higher. But that’s only for now. Because what’s gonna happen is, and it’s already starting to happen. Tariff agreements are being made. Trump and other countries are now engaging in tariff agreements, which is going to bring the cost of goods substantially down, less than what they were before and we still have all that money coming in that we never had it coming in before. This is before the Fed in the late 1800s. So the Fed wants to lower the interest rates which will help with the inflation, but they don’t wanna lose money cuz they’re already losing money. You just saw what silver’s doing. Gold is doing the same thing. Gold is, constantly flirting with $4,000 an ounce. So, they’re in this place where they don’t know what to do. And the problem is if they don’t do something one of two things is going to collapse. Number 1, the Fed’s going to collapse. They’re just not going to be able to do business anymore because there’s no money. You don’t keep running a business if the business is losing money. That’s the definition of insane. Well, it’s my definition of insane. If something’s not doing well…cut it, get it out, get rid of it. Move on to the next thing. Fail fast. Remember those 2 words-fail fast. If you’re going to do something, do it, do it quickly. If it’s gonna fail make sure you have it set up to fail fast. Because if you’re stuck in this thing for a long, long, long, long time you’re gonna lost a lotta, lotta, lotta, lotta money. So, the Fed can’t lower rates and if they do, it’s not gonna make much of a difference. It’s gonna be such a small lowering that it’s not gonna make a difference. They’re collapsing themselves, inward, because they can’t do anything about they’re loss of money. And by keeping the rates high, what it’s doing is crashing the dollar. The dollar is plummeting. Every single day, the dollar goes down. The dollar is worthless already and it’s going to beyond worthless, soon.

The reason why I delayed last night’s live until tonight is because I have more time tonight. It’s a school night. It was a school night last night. Tonight’s not, so, I have a little bit more play to ah go a little bit longer whereas last night I would’ve only been able to go until about 8:15, 8:30 at the latest. My son’s…excuse me. That’s why I don’t eat before live streams, because I feel like…,you know what I mean (burping noise) every couple of seconds and I also ate KFC Nashville hot wings. What…. (and he makes a fluttering sound). Holy fricoly, like it was like…They weren’t medium, they weren’t mild. I don’t know…So, I had those and it does that thing in my throat and um my 8-year old tried them and that was funny. I have a video. I don’t’ think my ex-wife would like me to share it but it was funny. Ah, so anyway. I lost my train of thought now. Love when that happens. Oh, last night, yeah, I wouldn’t have had a lot of time. So I had my kids and when it’s a school night, it’s hard because I gotta get them in bed early and… it’s just….it would’ve been rushed. If anything, I should’ve done it an hour earlier to save time last night but 6:00 east is like 3:00, you know, west coast. And even in the middle of the country people are still working or just getting out of work. And I like having a live audience as opposed to a rerun. Now the majority of my plays on my channels are watching reruns, which there’s nothing wrong with that but I like talking in front of a live audience, you know what I mean, in case, like, I burp or like, pass gas, people are like (Phil makes ew…live) whereas if it’s, if it’s a recording…I guess they could see it too. I wouldn’t edit the video. Never mind, let’s stop talking about that really, really weird stuff we’re getting into tonight. Really weird stuff. Alright, so ah just in case you live under a rock….(Phil shows a picture on screen of the price of Silver at $46.31. Time stamp 32:48). Yes, I’m aware it says 6.66%. Yes, it’s just a coincidence. Screen shot could’ve been taken at any other time other than 10 minutes ago when I took it. But let’s take a look at that again because it’s beautiful. Just ignore the 6s. Anyone wanna do the math at how much Bank Of America lost in the past 2 weeks, past 30 days? Somebody was on Telegram earlier today and I think they said it was something like 3.8 billion or something like that. Now, here’s the thing about metals, let me tell ya. The Fed…oh, man, the Fed is in this position where they want, I shouldn’t say they want because they never want to lower rates but they are being pushed to lower these extremely high interest rates that still exist in our country, right? But if they do that, they lose more money, because keep in mind the Federal Reserve is the Central Banking system of the United States. It’s not Federal and it’s not a reserve. There is no reserve. They have no money on hand, especially to back up all the money in circulation which is what it’s supposed to be. But they’re also not federal. They’re not part of our government. They’re a foreign group of bankers. Started by the Prescott Bush, JP Morgan, Rockefeller, Rothschild group back in the late 1800s or so. Was right after the last reset, by the way. We’ll talk about that another time. But anyway, the Fed when they charge interest, when you hear these interest rates, oh, the interest rate went up or oh, the interest rate went down. When you hear all that, that’s not the interest rate you pay. It is, you’re paying it ultimately. But what you pay is what your bank charges you. That interest rate from the Fed gets charged to your bank, so at minimum the bank has to charge you that rate, otherwise the bank loses money.

Ah, Keri and I just moved into our new property in Lake Havasu. We've been building a property here in Havasu for, like, the last 3 years, which seems like absolutely forever and we finally moved in. So, I had to work out some kinks here with the connectivity, the Internet, you know, the various different things, so..it’s been a long experience for Keri and I, and we are finally in here so…the sound quality in this room is going to be a lot better than in my other Havasu property. I think you probably already um, you're already hearing that, that's number one. Number two, it does…it’s gonna look a little bare in here until I get my stuff on the walls. I have yet to do that. I have absolutely amazing lighting in here. I have amazing sound quality in here. And I think this is gonna be a really good place for live streaming going forward, so...  I do apologize for the last two nights. I’ve been meaning to do this Charlie Kirk video for a while now.  And it just keeps escaping me, because the first night that I wanted to do it, the cancellation night which was supposed to be, I believe, Tuesday, um, I really should’ve done it that night, because I knew Wednesday and Thursday were both going to be a problem. And that’s exactly what ended up happening…or if it was Wednesday, Thursday was going to be a problem, that’s exactly what’s happening. But regardless, ah, we are…we are here now. I am not…like I said, I’m not fully set up in here yet, so things are going to look a little bit weird for the time being, but the sound quality should be a lot better and the connectivity should be a lot better in this property as well. So, ah we have a long show here. I know it’s late on the East Coast especially. It’s already 7:00 here on the West. I apologize for that, but putting the content together in the way that I wanted to put it together was much more important than um, just throwing it together and making it look, you know, however. Ah, I didn’t wanna do that and I didn’t do that. So I took my time. It’s been crazy here because Keri’s birthday was Tuesday and I didn’t necessarily have the time that I wanted to put everything together in the…in the manner of which I wanted to put it together. In addition to it being Keri’s birthday, we moved into the property starting Monday. So, it was Monday move in, Tuesday birthday, move in, go on the lake, and Wednesday move in but still birthday, Thursday still move in, it’s just been non, non, non, nonstop. So, it’s been a crazy week but regardless, I have everything. How’s the new house? Unbelievable, it’s probably the best house that we own, actually. Ah, so yeah. And I believe in addition to Nesara, in addition to metals exploding, in addition to um, all of the regular things that we’ve been talking about Trump is doing; cleansing of the media and everything else.  I believe that this Trump administration by the end of it, is going to emphasize truth. Stop lying to each other from the smallest level, brother and sister, elementary students, to spouses, to countries. Why can’t everyone just tell the damn truth? Look at how long we’ve been fooled. Look at what they fooled us about. They’ve played on your emotions for so long. Let’s stop it all. Look how easy it is for us to trick the majority of the world. Let’s not do it anymore. When you vote for somebody, vote for that person, whoever gets the same amount of votes, or the most amount of votes win. Look what they did on 9/11. Look what they did in Benghazi. Look at what they did to JFK, Jr. Look at what they did to JFK Sr. Look at what they told you and then look at what actually happened. That’s what’s coming and THAT is why they did the fake Trump assassination and the fake Kirk assassination because the reveal of the truth on a macro level is coming. We didn’t see the video of White Shirt going like this (Phil makes the moves with his hands) but I put it on Telegram many times and I think I had it on my last live so you guys have seen it. Ah, that’s what that was, the activation of the device inside Charlie’s shirt which when it exploded, you saw his shirt come out and his face go like this (Phil shows the expression) impact, go like this and the squib attached to his jugular and carotid artery was activated and I think White Shirt had actually a problem activating it which is why you saw him struggling in that video. I believe Charlie Kirk’s alive. I believe Charlie Kirk is well. I believe Charlie Kirk is watching me right now. Love you Charlie. I will see you again. Everybody thought it was a Nordic reference. I have a lot of Nordic tattoos on my body. Ah, Charlie Kirk was not Nordic. He was not…he didn’t have allegiance to Nordic Gods. He believed in one God the Father, the Almighty.  So saying that we’ll see him in Valhalla, it don’t line up. What’s Valhalla? Because the research that I show, indicates that Valhalla is a witness protection program. Now, let’s go back real quick and ask ourselves a couple of questions: #1, why go through all this false flag situation, signals, fake casket videos, wrong measurements on the hands, um, no entry wound, no exit wound. Why go through all of that and be so sloppy? That’s question #1…that’s with Charlie Kirk. I think it’s the same exact answer as why go through all of the same things for, why go through all the same stuff for the fake Trump assassination and I think I know why. Because they could have very easily have done a very clean fake Trump assassination without anyone questioning it. They could have very easily have done a fake Charlie Kirk assassination without anyone questioning it. How do I know that? Because I was exited without anyone questioning it to this day. The majority of the population still thinks Snowden was the whistleblower, he escaped…Russia, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The timeline on that whole event is completely wrong, on the Snowden thing. It didn’t happen those years, that’s how good the exit was. So why be so sloppy? They are so capable of such a clean, unquestionable exit strategy. I am not the only one that has said the Trump assassination was faked and the Charlie Kirk assassination was faked. This is everywhere. So, why do it so sloppy? Let me tell you why.  They did it so sloppy because they wanted us to know the truth. They couldn’t come out and tell us the truth. They wanted us to do it ourselves. They wanted to prove, they wanted us to prove to ourselves that we’re capable of picking up on this sh**. I think they also wanted to prove how capable everyone else is to be fooled outside of us. Because I think we’re head over heels above the majority of the population when it comes to being able to look through the bullsh**. Everything we did tonight completely looked through the bullsh**, just completely did. There’s no entry wound, there’s no exit wound, there’s no blood, there’s no um, it’s an impossible trajectory for the bullet. It’s an impossibility that the gun was disassembled and then reassembled in the manner of time that we saw in the videos which the FBI…the FBI giving us videos to look at and then they’re giving us what they call facts and then they’re saying, go ahead. Let us show you how easy it is to trick an entire populous and you show us that you know we’re telling bullsh**. And let me tell you why I think they’re doing that, why they’re testing us. Because do you know what I think is coming very soon? You have a fake Trump assassination attempt. You have a fake a Charlie Kirk assassination attempt. If Trump comes out and the FBI comes out and says, there was actually no shooter in Butler and Charlie Kirk walks out and says, this was what we call a false flag and here’s how we did it. And I’m sure I’m missing some pieces in the presentation that I did tonight, I’m sure I didn’t hit them all on the nose. But if Trump comes out and says that and Charlie comes out and says that, who do you think follows them up? JFK, Jr. I think they are setting the stage with these types of events, Trump, Kirk. There’s probably going to be another.  And I think somewhere in the next couple years, there’s going to be a JFK reveal. And when that does happen, I think Charlie, maybe others, there may be others that were exited that are still alive that they’re going to reveal. There’s going to be an enormous emphasis on truth, because the media for years have lied to us. The media for years have faked reality. The cabal has controlled the media and edited our way of reality into what they wanted their reality to be.

Why go through all this trouble? Why all the signals…very clear signals…I mean they’re very clear. For crying out loud, we may only have half of the signals. We may not even have all of them. What did I enumerate here, 6 or 7 of them? There could easily be double that. Why no trail of blood from the tent to the SUV? Why the wrong person in the coffin? That’s not Charlie Kirk’s hand, it’s not. I, I proved to you that it’s not Charlie Kirk’s hand. If you wanna do the same thing yourself, you could. There’s plenty of programs out there that will do it. Some are free, some are pay. I paid for mine. I did that thing with the hands on 6 different programs and it all came out exactly the same. It’s not Charlie in the casket. Why was Frank Turek involved, a White Hat? Because Frank was close to, to Charlie. Of course you want…if you’re trying to do a staged false flag event, yeah, you’re gonna have people close to him involved because #1, Charlie trusts them and #2, they could be trusted. Why is Frank Turek out here doing all these tours? You know why, not tours, but I…hold on a second, somebody’s just asked me a question. I’ll answer that in a second just let me complete my thoughts here. Um, where did my screen go? There it is. There’s no reason that I can see…. First of all, I don’t believe the FBI did this. I don’t believe the Trump administration did this. I don’t believe Israel did this. I don’t believe Tyler Robinson did this. Literally all of that that I just said is a lie. It’s all a lie, it’s all made up. I don’t believe that Charlie Kirk is dead. I believe Charlie Kirk is very much still alive. I believe that because the person that was in the casket in Erika Kirk video was not Charlie Kirk, that was not his hand. I think that was actually very easy to prove. Ah, if you ask AI, I think it was um…if you ask AI if those are human hands, AI will tell you no, there’s no pores. They have no um, resemblance to a human hand in terms of the way that the light hits them. They’re not bony and jagged, like you can see right here just from that angle, you can see tendons, you can see veins, you can see bone structure in my hand right now. In the coffin video, and I will put it back up, in the casket video you literally cannot see a single, a single thing that resembles any sort of human structure other than the fact that they are in the same shape as a human hand. Where Erika is touching Charlie’s right hand with her left hand, the skin doesn’t appear to be reacting.  And now, this isn’t weeks after Charlie’s death. Oh, I didn’t have the share screen up, did I? What a fool. This is what I was talking about. (Time stamp 2:17:34) It looks like a fake, plastic hand. Even AI will tell ya that. There’s no pores. There’s crazy discoloration. Charlie’s hands were not orange. That’s a light shade of orange. His fingernails do not look real. Where Erika is touching his hand, doesn’t appear that Charlie’s skin is reacting to it. And yeah, you could say, well, that’s because Charlie’s dead. And that’s why you can’t see his pores. Well, I challenge you on that. The next funeral you’re at look at the person’s hands, tell me that doesn’t look like a human hand. Sometimes their face is all makeup-ed and they have formaldehyde running through them and that kind of stuff. I get that, but this is just a few hours after Charlie was pronounced dead.  He’s already in a casket. He’s already in a suit. I have a little bit of experience with exit plans. I think you guys you what I mean. When you wanna get exited or when you need to get exited, which both things were true for Charlie Kirk, you…first of all you have to deserve it. Doesn’t happen to everybody. But if you do deserve it and the government does it for you, they will lie about anything to make sure you’re safe because of whatever service you did for them. Charlie Kirk did an enormous amount of service for the United States. And he deserved it. He deserved to be sent off. A lot of talk has been made about Kash Patel saying we’ll see you in Valhalla. Look into Valhalla.

So, in order to get the best of both worlds and not let your audience and our movement down and the Trump administration and everything else that comes along with it, and also still be able to be there for your children, the White Hats, Trump Administration coupled with Kash Patel, Dan Bongino and um, with help from the CIA and others, and the media of course, they staged an assassination on Charlie…very similar to how they staged an assassination on Trump. They’re getting pretty good at it. A lot of people believe the Trump one. I told you as soon as I saw it, that it’s not real. I knew it. As soon as I saw this one, the first words out of my mouth were, that’s either fake or he’s dead. Think back for a minute to the Trump assassination attempt in Butler. Why? If they wanted, if the White Hats wanted to do a fake assassination attempt but make it look real, why wouldn’t they just…You know somebody said it on one of these podcasts that I saw, but Trump gets in and out of airports all the time for either rallies or for wherever he’s going and the shots that you could take at the president from a venue like that are numerous. If they wanted to fake an assassination on Trump, why did they do it so sloppy? Why did they plant so many questions in our mind as to, as to the legitimacy of Trump's assassination attempt? Why couldn’t they just say it was a shooter while he was getting on a plane, not a lot of cameras there, because why would there be, it’s not a big event. You know he’s getting off of a plane or on a plane from a rally, he’s exiting, everybody’s already gone for the day. There’s not cameras or only one camera captured the whole thing. You see Trump get hit, he goes down. He gets rushed into an ambulance that’s nearby. Everybody would’ve believed it. You wouldn’t have had any room to argue that Trump was hit by a bullet, because there’s no video. There’s no camera. There’s no other actors at play. There’s no bullet angles. There’s no fake blood. There’s no non-scarring on his ear. Why didn’t they just say that he got hit in the arm that’s covered all the time by his suit? Why did it have to be the tip of his ear? Why, because it missed his head by a couple of inches, couple centimeters? Why leave all of that room for doubt in the Trump assassination when you could’ve just done it very clearly, very cleanly and not have had anyone question whether Trump was assassinated. Why have Trump say in response to a question do you have a scar on your ear or why is your bandage not on your ear anymore just several days later? Why have him respond to a question, oh, I must be a fast healer? Why not just do that fake assassination in an area of the body that Trump always has covered? You don’t know how quick it heals, you don’t know how slow it heals. Doesn’t matter, because you can’t see it. Why go through all that trouble for a fake assassination? And the reason I’m asking that is because if they wanted to kill off Charlie Kirk, why go through all this trouble, it’s much of the same? They could’ve said Charlie Kirk was assassinated without any video. It didn’t have to be at one of his rallies. Didn’t have to be at one of his speaking events. It could’ve just been Charlie Kirk was gunned down and they could’ve released some blurry video of what may or may not have been an individual named Charlie Kirk or maybe looked like him or resembled his height. It could’ve been very blurry and you didn’t even know it was him. But guess what? If they did it that way, and they said he was killed by a rogue shooter, they could’ve made up who the shooter was and no one would’ve known the wiser. But they went through this elaborate hoax with hand signals and the shooter’s jumping off the roof without the gun but then the gun ends up in the woods. And if he did jump off the roof with the, gun, it was disassembled…he had no time to disassemble it. And then he reassembled it in the woods. Who knows why? Why don’t you just throw one over there, one over there, you know?

Lie, lie, lie, lie, lie. All lies. They’re either lying because they’re covering up their own murder. The shot came from a completely different direction and they are dis…um, they are putting us…purposely giving us disinformation to make us look in the wrong direction. That is possibility number one. We did it. Now, that possibility is terrifying. It’s not only terrifying for me personally, but it should be terrifying for each and every one of you. Because if Charlie Kirk was assassinated by the people who he was supporting and putting his every effort into keeping in power, to wake up as many people as possible…if his own support system and his own allies assassinated him, any of us could be next at any time, any place. Could be a plane accident, could be a car accident. Could be a suicide. There is no…out of bounds. If the FBI is lying, possibility #1, is that the FBI did it, they had knowledge that it was going to happen, they allowed it to happen, and they lied about how it happened to cover it up so they didn’t get caught. Is it possible that all that’s true? Yep, possible. Is it likely? No. Now let me tell you what really happened. Charlie Kirk, 31-year old kid, incredibly smart, balls the size of…Texas, not afraid to debate, incredibly educated, very well spoken, articulate, knowledgeable. Charlie has been on a crusade now for years, to help, in particular the college-aged students, which colleges are generally pretty liberal and college students are indoctrinated in college to become liberal. It’s a whole liberal thing, college. College is a joke. Your kid goes to college, chances are he’s gonna exit college being a liberal. Charlie had attacked that audience and tried to get them to see the irony and the incorrect nature of their ways and he was excellent at it…best I’ve ever seen. When you’re in that role and I know it and Charlie had experience at a much higher level than I did…when you’re in that role, it’s very hard to get out. It’s hard for me to get out right now. Not that I want to get out but I thought about calling it quits and not live streaming anymore and walking away from the millions that watch. I’ve thought about it, I haven’t done it, but I thought about it. I think Charlie wanted to get out, and I think Charlie wanted to get out for a few reasons. Number one, Charlie has very young children who Charlie adored. Charlie wanted to be in their life as he was…as they were growing, and he wanted to be influential in their life and not just a father figure wanted to be an actual father. And I know a little bit about that too, because that’s exactly what I wanna be. Number two, I think Charlie, I don’t think, I know, Charlie was getting threats on his life, not from students that he would speak to at a university, but from foreign countries, in particular, Israel. Charlie was recently offered a 150 million dollar contract to tone down his rhetoric on Israel and he said no. The man turned down 150 million dollars just to take something out of his mouth, There have been truthers that have taken way less to turn on the Trump administration years ago, and recently. Charlie Kirk turned down 150 million just to be pro Israel. Keep in mind Israel is cabal. I have no, I have nothing against the Israeli people as a people, just like I have nothing against the Chinese people, but the CCP rules China and Israel is ruled by the cabal. Israel is a made-up state by the Rothschilds…that’s all Israel is. Charlie was afraid for his life. And in addition to being afraid for his life, Charlie was wanting to be more of a present father and his workload, which he could not walk away from without consequences to our movement…he couldn’t walk away from it.

Now, I have a couple more photos to show you guys, which I would simply call photos of interest. Give me a second while I find them here. There now….(Time stamp 1:52:28) In this photo, you could see Black Shirt and White Shirt standing next to each other and another individual. Blue Shirt is not in this picture. The lady in the white hat, Blue Shirt is not in this picture but a suspicious individual to me that is standing to White Shirt’s right-hand side. This photo is a very good photo of Blue Shirt and another very good photo of the girl in the front row next to the metal railing who has a very similar face on the entire time with very little emotion showing…ever. Her face is like this throughout the shooting.  In this photo (Time stamp 1:53:28), you see Frank Turek looking directly at Charlie waiting for the nose signal. And what better way than to hide the fact that you’re looking at Charlie than to hold up your cell phone. Right? In this photo, we see no blood. No blood anywhere. No blood on the vinyl in the back of the tent. No blood on the table top. No blood trail going behind the tent where Charlie was loaded in. No blood.  Now, no blood is important. Why is no blood important? Because the carotid artery and the jugular vein just got severed, so all the blood from your brain is gone and all the blood pumping up the carotid artery from your heart should be going spew, spew, spew….(Phil displays this motion with his arms). Yet we see none of that in any video. Let’s look at a couple other photos that apparently I failed to capture um, I’m just gonna add them here real quick…ah, here’s a good one…Alright let me get these loaded up here. These are probably the most interesting photos of the bunch, if you wanna call it interesting. Some might call it disgusting. (Time stamp 1:56:02) Here’s a photo of Blue Shirt and front row, Asian-looking lady with no expression on her face looking directly up at White Shirt. Black Shirt’s kind of in front, be like, yeah, fake and everything (cheering noise). He’s really, obviously, getting into the moment and trying to disguise his role, whereas Blue Shirt and Asian front-row lady are conversing with the eventual shooter. Let’s look at another similar photo. (Time stamp 1:57:16) In this photo, you see Blue Shirt whispering something to White Shirt and Black Shirt pretending not to listen while front-row Asian lady still has no expression on her face but clearly knows the two people that are behind her as indicated in the previous photo where she is looking up at White Shirt. This is more than likely Blue Shirt telling Black Shirt and White Shirt or confirming that they know the signals and they know the count. This is front-row Asian lady confirming that she knows the other 3 that are to her left - Black Shirt, White Shirt and Blue Shirt. This is a very nervous-looking, front-row Asian lady while everyone else has some sort of expression on their face and are clearly reacting to something that Charlie said, Blue Shirt is looking in a different direction, most likely at her signal receiver, which in this case ended up being Brown Shirt. You have Frank Turek looking at Charlie waiting for the nose touch. So what happened? Well, I know what happened. I have successfully formulated an exact opinion on what happened to Charlie Kirk. One of two things are true and there is NO ROOM for error. There’s no 3rd option. There’s no 4th option. One of two things are true. Number one. Because of the signals that we saw, because of the lies that the FBI have told, the FBI is either lying because they did it. And when I say they, I don’t just mean the FBI. I also mean the Trump administration who controls the Trump FBI and the Kash FBI and the Bongino FBI. They either did it and Charlie is dead and they’re lying about the shooter, who the shooter was, where the shot came from. They’re lying about the entry wound. They’re lying about the exit wound. They’re lying about the caliber of the bullet. They’re lying about the bullet being…I’m sorry, the gun being ditched in the woods.

After that something on the ground gets dropped, a couple seconds pass, Charlie Kirk, who is looking at Brown Shirt and goes (Phil makes the nose-touch gesture with his hand). My opinion? That was the ready call. They were asking Charlie if he was ready. Charlie acknowledged by giving the nose touch. Now, let’s go on to the next one. After Charlie gives the nose touch, White Hat, also named Frank Turek, touches the brim of his hat and then his right cheek. You can see the nose touch by Charlie. Watch it again because it was quick. Nose touch, Frank Turek sees the nose touch, now it’s his turn to signal. One more time. Nose touch, Frank Turek signals. Frank Turek’s job was to focus on, oh sh**, I didn’t have the presentation on the screen, so I’m an absolute idiot. Um, there we go. (Time stamp 1:44:57) Repeat that. Nose touch by Charlie in the front, immediately after seeing the nose touch, Frank Turek starts his signal. Frank Turek’s signal was simple. Hat touch, cheek rub. Watch it again. (Phil replays the video.) Charlie Kirk indicates he’s ready. Frank Turek sees that he’s ready. And now is signaling to someone else. Who? Who? Who is Frank Turek signaling to? Again, because of positioning and where they were standing, Frank Turek had a better angle to see Charlie touch his nose to indicate that Charlie was ready. So, Frank was brought into this because he was a close confidante of Charlie Kirk. Charlie is now indicating to Frank that he is ready. Frank then gives the signal to the next guy, Mr. Security Guard. After Frank’s hat touch and hand gesture, the final signal. Watch it again. (Phil plays it again. Time stamp 1:46:25) Immediately after Charlie has already indicated that he is ready, Frank Turek has confirmed that he is ready, Security Guard in the Black Shirt gives hand, arm and chest signals and immediately after the signals were given by the Security Guard who is wearing a black shirt against a white background, so he can very easily be seen. IMPACT. From 200 yards away, Tyler Robinson is on a roof. He is positioned above Charlie Kirk by a significant amount and has a very difficult angle to hit Charlie Kirk. But he does. He hits Charlie Kirk directly in the jugular vein and the carotid artery, completely severing them. According to medical professionals, if that shot came from where it came from and hit Charlie like that, Charlie did not even have time to recognize what happened. So, if that shot from Tyler Robinson went straight into Charlie’s neck, by the time the blood drained from the jugular vein, which holds blood in the brain and releases blood down from the brain, by the time Charlie could’ve even recognized the pain, the blood was already out of his brain. There wasn’t enough time to recognize, for Charlie’s brain to recognize that #1, he’s been shot or even #2 that he’s hurt. He immediately lost consciousness from that shot.  Now, that’s the official story. What we haven’t discussed is what a 30.06 bullet does to human flesh or to animal flesh. It explodes it. They are trying to tell us that a Mauser 98 bolt-action rifle with a 30.06 bullet was shot from 200 yards away at high velocity, struck a human in their neck and did not exit through the back. A 30.06 bullet is an enormous amount of force. If you look at what a 30.06 bullet does to anything it hits, it explodes it. They’re trying to tell us that 30.06 bullet impact and its energy was absorbed by Charlie’s neck. If that’s the case then Charlie must have had a neck made out of titanium. Because if that shot hit Charlie from directly on, with a Mauser 98 and 30.06 bullet, it would’ve blown off this entire side of Charlie’s neck. This side rather, (Phil indicates the side of his head) I’m touching the wrong side because it’s like I’m looking at myself in a mirror. This whole side would’ve blown off of Charlie, with particular in the back. Yet we saw no blood on the vinyl tent. We saw no blood on the people that were standing behind Charlie. No blood. None.

Most likely after he gave that signal he said something to her. That’s why she’s standing so close to him, because not only did he get the signal, the hand signal, but he probably vocally said a word. Whatever the word was, we don’t know. However, as soon as Black Shirt touches his face…in that moment he touches it, says a code word, Blue Shirt takes off her hat and caresses her hair and then she over exaggeratedly uses her left hand to go across her forehead. Let’s watch it one more time (time stamp 1:37:40). Black shirt gets his signal. Visually and probably verbally says something, hat comes off, blonde hair goes up, left hand goes across her face. That is signal #2. So obviously, you are signaling to someone, right? Because Black Shirt received his signal, if he did get a first signal, and then Blue Shirt re-confirms or re-upped Black Shirt’s signal. Who are they signaling? Well, I found who they were signaling, because immediately after those signals were given, in comes Brown Shirt. He has now received the signal from Black Shirt and from Blue Shirt and he drops something on the ground with a smile on his face, of course. Watch it again. (Phil plays that video again. Time stamp 1:38:47) Now, this particular video doesn’t have him looking over at Black Shirt and Blue Shirt, but he was looking in that direction and then he started looking straight ahead. And after he drops whatever he drops you can see him pan left and look at who? Watch him pan left, his vision goes left, who’s he looking at? White Hat, Frank Turek. Brown Shirt makes his move, looks at Frank Turek, but before we get to Frank, Charlie was actually looking at Brown Shirt as well. Watch what Charlie does immediately after Brown Shirt makes his signal. He’s looking at Brown Shirt right now, touches his nose, touches his nose. Charlie touches his nose. That was after he received the signal from Brown Shirt. He’s looking at Brown Shirt, he touches his nose. That ladies and gentlemen, is what we call a READY SIGNAL. Chronological order, so far.  Black Shirt receives his signal or doesn’t. Maybe he was the first to signal. Black Shirt receives the signal, touches his face, probably more than likely mouths a word, Blue Shirt takes off her hat, caresses her hair and also does a weird movement with her left arm across her forehead. It’s not a natural movement. After you take off your hat and caress your hair with your left hand, you don’t go across your body like that. If you’re looking to wipe your forehead because you’re sweating…By the way, it wasn’t that hot in Utah that day, but if you’re looking to do that, you would take off your hat, caress your hair, and then wipe your forehead. You don’t do one of those…it’s not a natural movement. Upon seeing those signals, Brown Shirt is kinda hyper focused to his left before dropping whatever he drops. Immediately after Brown Shirt drops whatever he drops, giving his signal, Charlie Kirk acknowledges and confirms that he is ready. A very exaggerated nose touch because you can’t do this, alright, so you gotta go…(Phil uses his arms to do what Charlie did) make it look like you’re doing something, right? Charlie touches the nose. Well? My mouse died again. One second. Let me get some juice. So, again let me repeat while my, while my mouse is charging. Black Shirt receives a signal or starts the signals. We don’t know, because I don’t have video to support the first signal, but we do see Black Shirt looking to his left, across Charlie Kirk’s tent. Upon receiving that signal, go, Blue Shirt is standing immediately to his right and behind a little bit, takes off her hat, caresses her hair with her left hand and does an odd movement like this across her forehead with her left arm. Immediately after that, by the way, while this was happening,Brown Shirt was looking over at Black Shirt and Blue Shirt. Brown Shirt sees this happen, then focuses more straight ahead instead of looking to his left. Drops something on the ground.

Frank Turek, according to what everyone has been saying on the Internet, is a great Christian person, love of God, very religious, good author. Frank Turek, but we’re not going to call him Frank Turek. We’re going to call him White Hat, okay? Next Character, ah Blue Shirt. Blue Shirt, female, blonde, wearing a blue shirt and white hat. We’re not going to call her white hat, because obviously we don’t wanna confuse ourselves. But she is wearing a Blue Shirt and she is standing directly to the right and it looks like a little bit behind Black Shirt, and she is also standing in front of what looks like White Shirt. You can see that from the very first photo of Black Shirt on the left-hand side of your screen. White Shirt is behind Black Shirt. Blue Shirt is between both of them off centered a little bit to their right, our left.  Next character please. Ah, security. We all know that guy. We know him, right, Charlie Kirk’s main security guard? Alrighty, next character, Brown Shirt. We’ll talk about Brown Shirt. We’re going to talk about Brown Shirt. We’re going to talk about security. We’re going to talk about how all these people know each other and when I say know each other, I don’t necessarily mean they meet for coffee in the morning or go to dinners together or attend holidays together. They don’t know each other that way, but boy did they have to know each other this day. They knew, they needed to know where each other were and they needed to have fixed eyes on each other at all times. Why? Let’s continue. (Picture change - time stamp 1:33:08) The signals: The very first signal of the day starts with Black Shirt. Now let me clarify one thing. This may actually not be the first signal. Black Shirt may be looking somewhere else in the crowd for his signal. I don’t necessarily know that because I scanned every video that you guys sent me over the past week or so, since I requested it, since my last live. I told you guys get me video, every single one you have, you guys responded and you did amazing and there had to be hundreds of video that I never saw before that came over to me and I looked at every single one of them and I slowed them down and I looked. And from what I can see, I cannot see a signal that started this whole thing except for what you are about see from Black Shirt. It is possible and maybe even likely that Black Shirt was also getting a signal from somebody else…possible. I’m not going to rule that out. All I know is what I saw and this is the start of it. Watch this video. (Phil plays a video. Time stamp 1:34:27) You see Black Shirt touches his face…quite an exaggerated touch, if you ask me. He kinda touched it and held it there for a little while.  Let’s watch it again. (Phil replays this video) You can see he’s looking at something to his left. I don’t know what. But after seeing whatever that was on his left, he touches his face. Watch when the video starts, he is looking to his left, your right. See him looking left? He looks left, he gets what he wanted or what he was looking for, looks back center, touches his face. I believe and I cannot prove it because I don’t have the video to support it, but I believe Black Shirt was looking to his left, which was across the tent from Charlie Kirk. Keep in mind that Black Shirt is on Charlie Kirk’s right side. He’s looking across Charlie Kirk’s tent into the opposite side of the audience. I do not have video that supports a prior signal, but I do believe he was getting one. Regardless, he touches his face. That is the first signal that we know of. Immediately after…ah, I’m not sharing, am I? There we go. (Time stamp 1:36:21) Immediately after Black Shirt touches his face, Blue Shirt makes her move. Let’s watch her. You can see the White Hat there in the middle of the photo. There’s Black Shirt touching his face, and then we slow it down, watch Blue Shirt. She gets the indication from Black Shirt and all this was….let’s watch it again. All this was, was a confirmation of Black Shirt’s signal.

Has time to put the gun in his bag, disassemble the gun, leave the screwdriver with his fingerprints on it, leave the screws on the roof, packs the gun in his bag, jumps off the roof, runs to the wooded area. Has additional screws somehow and a screwdriver and reassembles the weapon, leaves the weapon in a cardboard box, wrapped in a towel? And by the way, we know that someone was supposed to pick up that weapon, because Tyler Robinson’s messages were taken from Discord and it said, hey, I ditched the gun in a, in a towel in the woods. It’s in a cardboard box. Now, I have a question. Are you stupid? Do you consider yourself stupid? I don’t consider myself stupid. A lot of people consider me smart. Maybe I agree with those people. Who knows? But one thing that I know is, I don’t think I’m stupid. I actually don’t think that very many of you are stupid either, if any. When it comes to what I just explained, you have to be stupid to believe what the FBI is saying. You have to be a complete idiot, which brings me to my next point. (Time stamp 1:26:16) The gunman did NOT disassemble and then re-assemble the Mauser 98 before ditching the gun in the wooded area. Why is that significant? Because that is what the FBI said. The FBI said that’s what happened. That’s their official story. It’s not my story. It’s the FBI’s story. The FBI, ladies and gentlemen, are lying. They are lying and there is absolutely no doubt about them lying. Why? Now, keep in mind, this is not Biden’s FBI.  This is not Obama’s FBI. This is not Clinton’s FBI. This is not Bush’s FBI. This is Trump’s FBI. This is Kash Patel. This is Dan Bongino. These guys, according to their own words, have cleansed the FBI. What did Kash say in his confirmation hearing? He wants what, starts with a T? Transparency. He wants complete transparency between the public and the FBI. He’s sick of the FBI lying to the citizens of the United States and he’s gonna change it. Transparency, transparency, transparency. Tyler Robinson did not jump off a roof with a disassembled weapon, which he had no time to disassemble and then reassemble the weapon only to ditch it in the woods. And we know that because of Discord messages. That is a LIE. Where is the transparency? Why the LIE? Because it is a LIE. There is no….there is no…you can’t…listen, this isn’t did a plane hit the tower, did a missile hit the Pentagon, we have to draw our own conclusions. We see the video. There’s no questioning it. The video speaks for itself. The timeline speaks for itself. Tyler Robinson did not jump off that roof with a weapon. Was he on the roof? Possibly. Did he jump off the roof with a weapon? No. So how did the weapon get into the woods? And why was it reassembled? Somebody’s lying, and it’s the FBI because it’s the things that we’re going over that is the FBI’s story.  Let’s continue. That’s the second weird thing that we’re talking about and when I say weird thing, I don’t necessarily mean weird. I mean lies. #1 Charlie Kirk is NOT in the Erika Kirk casket video and #2 the gunman whoever it was DID NOT assemble and disassemble the Mauser 98 before ditching the gun in the wooded area. Now, let’s talk. (Time stamp 1:29:30) We’re going to seriously talk about the shot that supposedly hit Charlie Kirk. But first, before we have that little talk, let’s meet our cast of characters. This gentleman right here, we will call Black Shirt. Why, because I really like to keep things simple. Ah, this man is wearing a black shirt and that’s what I’ve named him. In our little movie we are going to call him Black Shirt. Next character please. Oh look at that, White Shirt. Just cuz we wanted some contrast. You can see Black Shirt is standing in front of White Shirt blocking out half of his face but, oh don’t worry, we have photos of his full face. Next character please. White Hat, Mr. White Hat Frank Turek, Charlie Kirk’s mentor, Christian author, one of the closest people to Charlie Kirk. Charlie confided in Frank Turek.

How did they know he disassembled the Mauser 98? Because he left a screwdriver at his perch and some screws. So, Robinson takes the shot, sits up, disassembles the weapon, which it takes an expert weapon person 15 minutes to disassemble. However, in this video, we see Tyler Robinson…Oh sh**, I don’t have the video on screen, do I? Ha, ha. That was just a funny joke. (Phil brings up the video - time stamp 1:19:28) In this video, we see Tyler Robinson has already taken the shot. The crowd is starting to react. Charlie Kirk is now down. Tyler Robinson is already on his feet, taking off in the direction that this route indicates. Tyler Robinson had absolutely no time to disassemble the Mauser 98. Not even 30 seconds. Why is that significant? Because in this video of Tyler Robinson jumping off the roof, where’s the gun? Now, the FBI is saying he disassembled the gun. The gun is in his backpack. He took off the barrel and it’s in pieces in his backpack. How? He disassembled the weapon that takes 15 minutes to disassemble in under 30 seconds and the 15 minutes as an expert? And we know that because he left a screwdriver and screws at the scene? In the first video, we see Tyler Robinson immediately standing up. Immediately after taking the shot, he is on his feet. There’s absolutely no time to disassemble the weapon. The LIE is that Tyler Robinson disassembled the weapon. He did not disassemble any weapon. However, in this video (time stamp 1:21:34), where’s the gun? We’re gonna watch it again. You show me where the gun is, because I’m telling you right now there is no time to disassemble that weapon. So, he must be holding the weapon on him right now, assembled. Where is it? It’s not in his pant legs because his legs bend right there, okay? He’s clearly not holding it because you would see it. You could see his left arm right there and his right fiddling with his bag. There’s no weapon. It’s just not there. Now, let’s talk about something else weird. The gun was found reassembled in the wooded area. So, not only did Tyler disassemble the weapon before he jumped off the roof…. By the way, all this video is FBI video. This isn’t from some random um you know, news station or something like that. This is everything that, this is everything that the FBI released to us that the news outlets grabbed a hold of. So, jumping off that roof, I think there is no room for argument that Tyler Robinson is not holding a weapon. You may be able to find a little bit of video than the one that I’m producing here tonight, go find it. It’s everywhere. You can zoom in, and do what you want. I’m telling you, I’ve already done that. There is no weapon when Tyler Robinson is jumping off the roof. So, it must be disassembled; however, other videos show us that immediately after Charlie was struck with the bullet, Tyler Robinson is already up and running.  Now, not only did Tyler miraculously disassemble this weapon that it takes experts 15 minutes to disassemble, but after he jumped off the roof and disassembled the weapon, which was impossible to disassemble on the roof in the time frame that the video shows…when Tyler got to the wooded area, even though he left his screwdriver there, maybe he had a second one, who knows. The gun was found re-assembled in the wooded area. So, Tyler’s in the prone position, takes a shot at Charlie, hits Charlie directly in the jugular vein and carotid artery. An amazing shot from a 21-year old kid who had very little weapons training, okay? Takes the shot, makes the shot. The crowd starts to react, crowd starts to run…in under 30 seconds. It would have to be under 30 seconds because of the first video we saw of Tyler Robinson running. In under 30 seconds, Tyler Robinson disassembles this Mauser 98 which takes experts 15 minutes to disassemble and average weapon users 30-45 minutes to disassemble, puts the gun in his bag because the gun isn’t seen in the video of Tyler jumping off of the roof.

THE TRUTH SEPTEMBER 19, 2025   Time stamp: 23:23 - Phil appears on screen while the music plays. Time stamp: 25:10 - Music stops and Phil leaves the area. Times stamp: 25.50 - Phil tests his microphone. Testing. Testing, it's working, how about that? How about that? So, um, we are in our new digs. Ah, Keri and I just moved into our new property in Lake Havasu. We've been building a property here in Havasu for, like, the last 3 years, which seems like absolutely forever and we finally moved in. So, I had to work out some kinks here with the connectivity, the Internet, you know, the various different things, so..it’s been a long experience for Keri and I, and we are finally in here so…the sound quality in this room is going to be a lot better than in my other Havasu property. I think you probably already um, you're already hearing that, that's number one. Number two, it does…it’s gonna look a little bare in here until I get my stuff on the walls. I have yet to do that. I have absolutely amazing lighting in here. I have amazing sound quality in here. And I think this is gonna be a really good place for live streaming going forward, so...  I do apologize for the last two nights. I’ve been meaning to do this Charlie Kirk video for a while now.  And it just keeps escaping me, because the first night that I wanted to do it, the cancellation night which was supposed to be, I believe, Tuesday, um, I really should’ve done it that night, because I knew Wednesday and Thursday were both going to be a problem. And that’s exactly what ended up happening…or if it was Wednesday, Thursday was going to be a problem, that’s exactly what’s happening. But regardless, ah, we are…we are here now. I am not…like I said, I’m not fully set up in here yet, so things are going to look a little bit weird for the time being, but the sound quality should be a lot better and the connectivity should be a lot better in this property as well. So, ah we have a long show here. I know it’s late on the East Coast especially. It’s already 7:00 here on the West. I apologize for that, but putting the content together in the way that I wanted to put it together was much more important than um, just throwing it together and making it look, you know, however. Ah, I didn’t wanna do that and I didn’t do that. So I took my time. It’s been crazy here because Keri’s birthday was Tuesday and I didn’t necessarily have the time that I wanted to put everything together in the…in the manner of which I wanted to put it together. In addition to it being Keri’s birthday, we moved into the property starting Monday. So, it was Monday move in, Tuesday birthday, move in, go on the lake, and Wednesday move in but still birthday, Thursday still move in, it’s just been non, non, non, nonstop. So, it’s been a crazy week but regardless, I have everything. How’s the new house? Unbelievable, it’s probably the best house that we own, actually. Ah, so yeah. Thank you guys for the congratulations. You guys are in for a heck of a live tonight. I think we’re gonna open a lot of eyes tonight. Um, I kinda went over a lot of this on Telegram already…not all of it, but a lot of it. So some of you that follow me on Telegram I think are gonna be seeing a little bit of a repeat of what I’ve already done, but I have added some stuff to it and drawn some conclusions based on the last week and a half that this whole Charlie Kirk saga has been going on, and I think I finally got to the bottom of what has happened here. And I’m going to leave you tonight, at the end of the live, I’m going to leave you with two scenarios, and I’m going to tell you which scenario I believe has happened and you can draw your own conclusion from that. You may see me getting up periodically to adjust the lighting in here. There’s so many different adjustments I can make in here for so many different lights.

I wanna talk about this Mauser 98 bolt-action rifle, okay? You can do this, but (photo change) I did it for you so you could take my research or you can research it yourself and you will come out with the same answer. I watched half a dozen YouTube videos on this rifle, okay? I saw common, non-every day gun users use this rifle. And not only did I see them use it, but I also saw them disassemble it. A regular user disassembling this weapon who shoots guns every once in a while, maybe 12 times a year, once a month or so, goes to a range, maybe goes hunting once or twice a year. A common average person disassembling this rifle takes approximately 30-45 minutes. I’ve also seen experts disassemble this rifle. Go look at it, they’re all over YouTube. Just put in Mauser 98 um… To take that barrel off of that rifle, it takes approximately 15 minutes, okay? Now, 15 minutes? (Time stamp 1:13:12) Here’s the problem with 15 minutes. In this video, which we’re gonna watch one more time, you can clearly see that the shot was already fired. The crowd is starting to scatter and Tyler Robinson is starting to run off. In this frame, he’s there. (Time stamp 1:13:46) If we advance he’s moving to his right, our left. Advance again, he's moving further and now he’s even beyond this area. The crowd down below is already starting to disperse. He’s moving away from his perch which was right here, in this corner, taking a shot directly on, directly in front of Charlie Kirk. Now, let’s watch another video. This one actually shows Tyler Robinson jumping off the roof. (Time stamp 1:14:22) There he is, opposite end of the building. Now, to give you a visual before we watch the rest of that. On this map, that is this corner, you can see the corner of the building here. He had already run across this rooftop to this corner and he planned the escape this way where the yellow arrow is pointing. So back to that video now just so you know where he’s jumping down from. You can see him now running across the lawn. He doesn’t quite make it to the parking lot, and I think he intended to because a car started coming so you could see he went from a run to a walk. We’re gonna see now again from a different angle. Well, a longer video, I should say. (Time stamp 1:15:25) Tyler Robinson jumps, takes off into the grass, running pretty decently for a _ of about 10 feet, 15 feet. Car goes by, stops his pace. Car continues on. Tyler Robinson continues to walk. The video now pans to the right. You can see him, they took off the spotlight but he’s right here (Phil points to where the spotlight was, in his video). He’s now waiting for traffic to pass. He ends up going in this direction…which if we go back to that graphic again, he’s now standing right at the tip of this yellow arrow and he’s going across this street into this wooded area. Now, where exactly the gun was found in this wooded area, I don’t have it pinpointed on this map. so I don’t know.  But what I could tell you is it was somewhere in these woods, and this is the condition that it was found in. (Time stamp 1:16:40) Now, let’s watch the video of Tyler jumping off one more time and tell me what you don’t see. (Phil plays the video again) Obviously, he is jumping down, he’s got his backpack, jumps, gathers his backpack, continues on. What didn’t we see? What….Tyler Robinson was on the rooftop. He’s laying down with a Mauser 98 chambered with a 30.06 bullet. From his prone position, he takes a shot at Charlie Kirk from direct, just about directly ahead of Charlie Kirk. It hits Charlie in his left side and obliterates the carotid artery as well as the jugular vein. The carotid artery takes blood from the heart to the brain and the jugular vein reverses it. So, what the medical examiner said is Charlie died instantly, although there are reports about Charlie‘s heart being restarted at the hospital. They don’t wanna talk about that. Regardless, Tyler Robinson takes the shot, hits Charlie. Then, according to the FBI, disassembles the Mauser 98.

They gave us the type of rifle that was used. They gave us the type of ammunition that was used. They gave us the type of…where they found the rifle. They gave us the shooter’s movements. In particular, for the next, what I have determined to be a lie, I wanna focus on the shooter’s movements. So now we’re gonna watch a brief video. The video does not have sound. But you don’t need the sound. All I want you to do is focus on the person on the roof. (Phil plays the roof video - time stamp 1:05:54) See that? (The camera pans from the left to the right across the area that Charlie was in during the event) You’re gonna see it again, slower. (Phil plays the same video but slower this time) I’m going to go back here a little bit. We’re going to go back to the beginning and watch it one more time. Ready? (Phil plays the video again) Pause it right there. (Time stamp 1:07:33). The dot that you see to the left of the window frame, the black line in the middle of your screen, um, the vertical line, that is the window frame. The dot that you see on top of the roof is allegedly Tyler Robinson, Charlie Kirk’s assassin, okay. Watch it again. (Phil plays the video again) There. (Phil stops the video at a certain point - Time stamp 1:07:57.) That is Tyler Robinson set up at the spot that he fired the direct um, direct shot, the straight-on shot into Charlie Kirk’s jugular vein and carotid artery, okay? Now, let’s look at a different visual of this same spot. On this shot (time stamp 1:08:25), you can see on the left-hand side where Charlie Kirk was shot, that is indicated right here in the red. Let me make sure that this is coming out, okay. That is indicated right here in the red. You can see right here where my mouse cursor is, the white dot where Charlie Kirk’s um tent was set up. Approximately 200 yards away, almost at a straight line sits Tyler Robinson, right upon this groove. Now, again, this is the FBI’s official release. This is where the shot was fired from. In the video that we just watched and the prior screen you saw Tyler Robinson running in this direction (toward the right-side of the screen) indicated by the yellow line and then coming down this roof, cascading down this roof. He runs across the roof, jumps down and then runs off. He eventually crosses this street and the weapon, which was used to shoot Charlie Kirk, allegedly, is ditched somewhere in these woods, okay? Now, let’s take a little bit closer of a look at that. (Time stamp 1:09:43) This in particular is what I wanna talk about…the gun found in the wooded area. Let me tell you the lie. (Time stamp 1:09:52) First of all, the gun authorities say was used to assassinate Charlie Kirk was a Mauser 98, a common bolt-action rifle typically used for hunting, okay? That little tidbit of um, the white blurb that I have on the screen is taken directly from what the FBI has told us. That is the actual picture of the rifle that the FBI said was used to kill Charlie Kirk and again, if we go back to the graphic, you can see where Tyler Robinson was sitting, where Charlie Kirk was sitting, how Tyler Robinson ran across the roof in the first video that we saw, down, jumped off the roof right in this area, runs through the parking lot across the street into the woods and ditches the rifle. We’re gonna watch one more time, the suspect running across the roof. (Phil plays that video again. Time stamp 1:10:58) There he is. Now, let’s actually go back and I’m going to pause it and show you where he shot from versus where the photo is. Stop it. (Phil stops the video - time stamp 1:11:19 ) So you can see right here, this is Tyler Robinson but his perch is beyond this window frame, right here. So this is kind of the corner of the building and he took off running in that direction. That direction is this direction because it’s reversed because we are obviously looking at this building from the opposite side. Now, I wanna talk about this weapon (time stamp 1:11:45).
