You need to cultivate the mind and the body!
Today was a back day in the gymπͺπ» followed by a classical literature raid.
I find it hard to find any good books π written these days but a classic is often a good bet.
If it's stood the test of time there is a reason for it.
In today's fast-moving, digitalized world, it's an act of rebellion to simply sit still and be in the present moment, reading a book.
There is an all-out war on health and minds capable of concentration.
Go to the gym and read, you will get ahead of your peers in both physical and mental capacity.

Getting nice and cosy and reading today's Daily Telegraph, which tells the story of how I helped assemble a coalition of online bodybuilders to win the election for Donald Trump.
Learning should be a part of your lifestyle if you wish to be a Renaissance man.
Make a daily to-do list and include topics you need to expand on and some fun ones.
A to-do list can look like this:
Gym
30 min Russian
Read 30 min (something of value to learn from)
Accountant course 1 hour
20 min Guitar
Notice that both Russian and Guitar might not be a career habit, but you will be a very interesting man to interact with over time.
Adding in those "productive hobbies" in the long term will make you an overall specimen of a man who sticks out, in a society where most people waste every moment of life outside of their 9-5.

A weekend chopping wood in the mountains with my lads. Nature is wonderful, take time to enjoy a trip every now and then π³π΄π
Long talks with a good friend while a fire keeps us company out in the mountains of Norway π³π΄π
Repost from The Golden One
πΈπͺ Today we celebrate two kings!
Not only do we celebrate Trump's heroic victory, we also remember our glorious king Gustav II Adolf.
May his spirit be with us as we reclaim our nation.
Don't look yourself blind at the task at hand.
Sometimes all you need is to step back and look at it from a few different perspectives.
Suddenly you find a way to get it done way faster and much better.
Men often get so locked into what they are doing that they forget this way of perspective changing.
The goal is the goal, yes! But can we get there another way? Faster? Better?
Stop, analyze, and go for it!

Reading to learn should be a part of your evening routine.
Light up the Himalayan salt lamp and the red light, lean back in your chair, or lay down on the bed and read while taking notes.
Most people don't read, and if they do, it's nonsense like Harry Potter.
You can get ahead of most people by simply showing up for yourself and working on your own development.
30 min of reading every day is 150 hours of learning. Most won't invest in per year, give or take.
Imagine how far ahead of the crowd that spends 4 hours every evening on Netflix you will be.

Big self-improvement tips are audiobooks.
If you listen to a book you really like and learn from it.
Acquiring a physical copy later for reading and notes would be ideal to get the most out of it.
30 min drive to work?
1 hour of self-education a day on the car speakers or headphones.
Simple habit, big return.
