Idishlarni sterilizatsiya qiling va qopqoqlarni qaynatib oling. Idishlarga shakar tushiring va faqat Rayxon barglarini qo'shing, poyasiz (chunki ular achchiq beradi). Limonni yuving, chuqur idishga soling va ustiga qaynoq suv quying. 1-2 daqiqa ushlab turing, qaynoq suvdan olib tashlang va ingichka bo'laklarga bo'ling. Limonni bankalarga o'tkazing va ustiga qaynoq suv quying. Limon kislotasini qo'shing va qopqog'ini mahkam yoping Idishlarni ag'darganda suyuqlik oqmasligini tekshirib ko'ramiz, so'ngra ularni adyol bilan yaxshilab o'rab olamiz (idishlar tushmasligi uchun ularni teskari panga qo'yaman). To'liq sovib ketguncha bir kechada qoldiring va saqlang. Qishda biz uning ta'midan bahramand bo'lamiz. Men stakanlarning chetlarini bir oz suv (balki asal) bilan namladim va ularni shakar solingan plastinkaga botirdim.
