i’ve just taken this photo of the two plates that i constantly use for the channel. i use the warm white one more often than the pure white one. you can see the difference in my pictures just by scrolling down the chan

i have never been in contact with laby or have threatened her to do anything for me, all i messaged was if she could kindly take down my pictures that i have posted prior to her. i havent used line in a long time because i only had an account to play games in the past and i genuinely did not know that i could contact her through line. i was really stressed out at that moment so i decided to ig dm her instead. i understand that the pictures have looked similar for a long time, but i use the exact same plate as her with the same defect that i try to remove from my photos because i dont think it personally looks nice. for the pictures before the second channel was created, i used to post both the edited picture and the non edited one on my main channel together to show a sneak peak before i posted the edited one, and the non-edited one would be taken down shortly after. i moved this process to another channel because i did not want to clutter my main channel unnecessarily. i really hope that this clears up everything for everyone, ive also been processing refunds for things that i was unable to ascertain with full truth (like jellycats), i hope everyone can understand that ive changed from my past dealings and ive grown to be a better person. i really understand that the initial start up of the channel was a critique of my business and its dealings, and its rightfully so. i have always regretted my past actions and i take full responsibility of it. i really hope that the admin can also take down the personal information of my friends because they’re not involved in this matter at all. thank you so much for reading till the end, and once again, i’m extremely sorry for how everything panned out. if anyone still has any grievances about our transaction, please dm me and i hope we can work it out amicably

hello everyone, i feel like i should clear up some things: i understand that many people have alleged scams that i have committed in various communities, ill now be addressing them one by one. i really did not scam anyone but i do admit that there were many business transactions that turned sour but i have rectified all to my knowledge, if there are any others, please dm me and let’s sort it out 1.⁠ ⁠kpop/sonny angel communities i’ve admitted even prior to this that i regret my actions that ive done for these issues (poor mailing, defects on items, late arrival of items etc), everyone has already been refunded for and ive taken accountability for my actions. i’ve never once hid this fact from anyone, and im once again deeply sorry that my actions hurt the people affected at the time. i was young and i did not know how to go about doing transactions and i have learnt from this. if there are still any pending issues etc, please let me know and i’ll make amends for it. 2.⁠ ⁠taylor swift/ticketing i’ve never bought or sold any taylor swift tickets from/to anyone before, i don’t own a telegram ticketing service, neither did i ever engage in buying/selling ts tickets before. ive only attempted to help my friends get tickets without profit on the other ticketing days. ive never sold these services before. the only tickets ive ever gotten had my name to it and ive bought it from the site for me and a friend, ive attended this concert personally as well. ive only attended again because my parents gave me another pair of tickets for the next day, i did not sell any of these tickets as me and my friend attended it together. if anyone has any evidence of me allegedly scamming you for the tickets, please dm me because im equally confused about this situation, i really did not set up a channel for this and profited off this as i really just wanted to see ts. 3. gachas i took a trip in july and i bought a lot of gachas from there for everyone. all orders were fulfilled and ive mailed out everything already, however, in my 2nd channel, i did ask if anyone had ordered but not received their package, if you havent received anything, please dm me. i really apologise for the long mailing timings as there were a lot of gachapon balls and items to mail which made the packages bulky, i needed to transport them to the singpost post office instead of a normal mailbox, im really sorry to any customer affected 4.⁠ ⁠crystal community i acknowledge that i did buy a decent amount of crystals online before but im once again unsure how i have had transactions with these items as i was mainly a purchaser, i did not start a business with these items and i was focused on buying them instead. i’m sorry if i forgot we had any past transactions but please reach out to me again if i have done anything wrong against you. thank you monchhichi i hosted a grp order for mccs when i was on holiday because i wanted to buy one for myself and save on shipping & gst. i have updated this group of ppl privately and these items have been facing arrival delays that i unfortunately cannot control, im so sorry to have stated the deadline to be 3 weeks when it isn’t, because the initial deadline they gave me was 3 weeks and i didn’t expect it to delay for so long 1.⁠ ⁠nails i really wanted to address this as a whole, i have been doing nails for a long time on my own and then converting it to a business. i know what i did last year was not right and i have not done it again, the main purpose of my video was to prove to everyone that i was doing sets that were commissioned, even if they looked similar to older sets. i really wanted to affirm everyone that i was doing the sets by myself with no additional help from others.

given this, i’m not sure how any nail igs on thailand work but there has been an ig account that posted these pictures and added their own watermark to it. they did post later than i have originally posted on my friends channel unfortunately i dont know how to speak thai so its really hard for me to communicate with them in the same language but i have dmed them and they have although not read my message, they have taken most of the pictures down. i’m not affiliated with them & i also acknowledge that we do have the same style of taking photos, but the layout is a plate from tb or shopee (for me) and i’ve bought that plate in the past and have been using it since seeing other ig accounts post their nails in that way. lighting has always been an issue for me due to the way my room is situated, so i started editing pictures to make it more colour accurate instead. this is really not against laby & her work because i believe that she is an artist based in thailand however i’m not sure how it works over there with ig postings but she has taken the pictures down already (picture 6-9) lastly, i attached a video of my wip with my watermark attached of me doing a custom nail set, sped up by 100x. this is to quell any confusion about drop shipping etc im sorry for giving a response so late as i wanted to be as concise as possible, thank you for reading! i’ll be offline for the day just to recuperate & i’ll be back tomorrow to settle all pending messages
