πŸ”–#Mindfulness About degradation and rest Let's do a thought experiment. Imagine two guys - both 45 years old. They both had enough money, and one of them retired while the other didn't. Now, fast forward 15 years, and both of them are broke at the age of 60. Who has a better chance of getting back on their feet: the one who spent 15 years relaxing and fishing, or the one who spent 15 years hustling in the sock trade? The first one has less relevant experience and fewer connections, while the second one has poorer health and more fatigue. The first guy might leverage his fishing buddies, rent a pond, and create a mini-hotel for anglers, while the second one is sick of socks and the trading scene despite having a hefty contact list and up-to-date marketing knowledge. Work itself doesn't necessarily train the brain. Experience isn't just measured in years but in events. The brain is trained by new tasks and diverse experiences, enabling one to make appropriate decisions in any life situation. Degradation, in the context of taking a break, is a decline in competitiveness, not solely determined by the continuity of tenure, manual labor, or knowledge of current VAT rules: tenure might just be repeating routine, manual work dulls more than it sharpens, and you still need an accountant on staff. Watching some enthusiasts of grind, one gets the feeling that even a 3-year binge would be more beneficial to their brain than their current business and their role in it.
The brain's adaptability to problem-solving is crucial. But it's absolutely unnecessary to assume that the only way to maintain it is to keep doing business or go to work every day - quite the opposite.
Working to exhaustion, boredom, toxic environments significantly reduces the chances of getting rich from scratch when restarting compared to any extended period of idleness. SubscribeπŸ‘‰πŸ”  Global Gain Guide

πŸ”– #Manipulations Manipulation through guilt and shame This is perhaps the most common form of manipulation. Its essence lies in creating an unpleasant feeling of guilt or shame within a person, thereby increasing their anxiety. This way, someone sort of "hints" to the person that if they do something that would benefit the accusing party, their level of moral suffering will decrease, and they will feel better about it. Let me give you some examples of phrases we're all familiar with: ❌ "I've been working hard all my life for you, and you don't appreciate it." ❌ "You constantly push me to the edge!" ❌ "You sit at home all day doing nothing, living off of what's ready!"
Most people saying these phrases don't even realize they're trying to manipulate us.
But it doesn't make it any easier for us because these unconscious phrases still hit our emotions, causing us to push aside our own feelings and desires and voluntarily do what this manipulator wants from us. SubscribeπŸ‘‰πŸ”  Global Gain Guide

πŸ”–#Mindfulness #Growth #Business_strategies So, about hunger and education. They say you should go to the grocery store when you're full so you don't end up buying extra stuff and sweets. And it's true the other way around too - if you want to stock up, go there hungry. In business, it's pretty much the same. Those who hit the so-called "death oasis" once they reach a $5,000 monthly income rarely push themselves higher. At that point, the risk seems less obvious, and people start living in their cozy swamp, happily blowing bubbles until the next crisis and bankruptcy hit. Another important point is that education in business costs money, primarily in terms of missed profit. Just like in college when you have to choose between paying for education or taking a low-paying and dead-end job as a guard, in business, there's a fork in the road - you can either find any quick topic and get stuck in it forever without risking your income on experiments, or you can invest the missed profit into changing roles/industries and eventually strike gold. So, it's like a student hire - two careers. The first one is to quickly find your microbusiness, create an oasis in it, and quietly live there. The second is to invest in your education, conduct experiments, and stay hungry so that when you find your niche, you can soar higher than those who chose the fast track. Big things require a lot of time, money, and experience. And those who build big things usually start by sucking up to those who pick the low-hanging fruit. But then, the critical mass of accumulated experience allows them to compensate for what they missed and breeze through all the oases along the way. Do you want to grow faster? πŸ”–#Mindfulness The Romanian she-bear, nicknamed Ina, has been circling in a nonexistent cage for seven years. Before that, she lived in a zoo, where she was kept in a small enclosure together with her sister, another she-bear. Despite being free for a long time, the feeling of the "cage" has not left her. This example perfectly illustrates mental barriers in the mind. In human psychology, this is called learned helplessness.
Try to look at the world with wide-open eyes. Where your imagination draws a wall, there may be a door.

πŸ” #Mindfulness #Growth We all SUBCONSCIOUSLY choose our circle of friends. If we want to have fun, we choose those who don't bother us, with whom we feel comfortable. Pleasant friends, you can have a drink together, snack, chat, go to the movies. In short - KILL TIME. But what if we want GROWTH? You choose those with whom you can grow, and that's always the choice of the strong, independent ones, who will try to bend you to their will in their own interests.
If you want to be the Boss, you must become a Warrior. A warrior is not someone who fights, but someone who has IMPECCABLE INTENTION, a goal, who submits himself to his mission. And for a warrior, there is no "I like this or I don't like this." There is only the goal. And to achieve it, the warrior transforms himself, breaking the bones of his old personality with a crunch, and replacing them with steel.

πŸ” #Manipulations Is manipulating others good or bad? Usually, from childhood, we're programmed to think that manipulation is bad. We grow up with these thoughts and overlook the fact that any success requires persuasion. Even if you want to make people understand the benefit they will get - it won't be that easy. If you've ever been involved in any negotiations, you're already aware that many people you encounter are sharks. Even if they know it's a good deal for them, they may want more and more favorable terms. They may also want to position you in a way that prevents you from getting the optimal benefit from the deal. For example, when negotiating with your fiercest competitor. The art of manipulation is great in that it is both defensive and proactive. By learning to manipulate people's perception of the value proposition you offer, you gain a competitive advantage. And at the same time, you also protect yourself from being exploited by others in similar situations when manipulation is directed against you. However, you need to remember that there is a big difference between manipulation and open exploitation and violence. Much will depend on your intention.
If your intention is to gain something honestly and fairly, then you need to master the art of manipulation. If your intention, on the other hand, is to get something you're not entitled to, then you're treading on thin ice.
In future articles on this topic, I'll be disclosing some manipulation techniques. I sincerely hope you won't use them to harm anyone.
Remember that soon you'll have a serious weapon in your hands. And with weapons, you need to know how to handle them so as not to accidentally shoot yourself in the foot.

πŸ”  #Business_strategies #Growth If you've firmly decided that you don't want to be someone's prey, then it's time to start learning. Right away. Learn how to do business. And start doing it as soon as possible. Practice shows that it will take you a couple of years from scratch to get your business to a state of stable growth. These 2-3 years will be spent on reshaping yourself, constant learning and trials, attempts and failures before you learn the most important thing in business - attracting and retaining customers, providing a good competitive product, and building a team. The good news is that when you improve your skills as a salesperson, manager, and entrepreneur, you gain the ability to create and generate income from your experience. You will gain the ability to manage your income. You will begin to understand that there is a direct connection between your efforts and the result. Where to start?
Modern business consists of 3 elements: 1. Product - and what idea stands behind it. What is it? And why should someone buy it? How is the subject of business related to what you can do and love? 2. The art of building relationships with customers, building an audience, turning potential customers into real ones. 3. Automating all routine marketing/sales/service/management processes, without which building a modern business is impossible.
A few words about "online business." Most people are "online" now, so whether you like it or not, you have to attract customers and interact with them online. If you don't know how to do it, then your business is in question. SubscribeπŸ‘‰πŸ”  Global Gain Guide
