15 hello anon, we have enquired with the supplier regarding this but supplier has to drop BOTH days worth of banners at the venue. however we are unfortunately not allowed to leave our day 2 banners at the stadium. hence the best option would be to send it to the admin’s house before bringing it over on both days.
to further address your question on public transportation, 8k banners a day is EXTREMELY heavy & is extremely prone to tearing or bending if carried on hand from admin’s house to the venue. furthermore, it is extremely taxing on the body due to its weight. | 1 603 | 8 | Loading... |

17 regarding the banners enquires
we fully understand the concerns posed in the tells. the team is constantly on the hunt for cheaper and reliable printing alternatives. kindly check the attached pictures for the different suppliers (all excludes shipping/delivery fees -> overseas = higher shipping fee).
despite taobao offering us a lower quote, we decided to went ahead with a pricier local printing service as the price includes local delivery, hence being a more reliable and a safer choice. We have a very unpredictable timeline as we are not sure when will livenation get back to us and we foresee the approval from sment may take quite some time hence taobao isn’t a very ideal choice.
