የሐዘን መግለጫ የዩኒቨርሲቲያችን የአእምሮ ጤና ትምህርት ክፍል ሶስተኛ አመት ተማሪ የነበረው ተማሪ ዘላለም ዘፍኔ በድንገተኛ የመኪና አደጋ ምክንያት ህይወቱ በማለፉ የዩኒቨርሲቲያችን አስተዳደር የተሰማውን ጥልቅ ሀዘን ይገልፃል። ዩኒቨርሲቲያችን ለዘላለም ዘፍኔ ቤተሰቦች ፣ ወዳጅ ዘመዶች፣ የክፍል ጓደኞች ፣ መምህራንና ለመላው የዩኒርቨሲቲያችን ማህበረሰብ መፅናናትን ይመኛል። ተማሪ ዘላለም ሐምሌ 21/1994 ዓ.ም በወላይታ ዞን ኪንዶ ኮይሻ አካባቢ ከእናቱ ከወ/ሮ ማርታ ድንኬሬ እና ከአባቱ ከአቶ ዘፍኔ ቦተሬ ተወለደ፡፡ ዕድሜው ለትምህርት በደረሰ ጊዜ የ1ኛ እና 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርቱን በወላይታ ሶዶ ትምህርት ቤት አጠናቋል ፡፡ በመቀጠልም የከፍተኛ ትምህርቱን በሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ የጤናና ህክምና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የአእምሮ ጤና (ሳይካትሪ) ትምህርቱን እየተከታተለ  ሳለ እረፍቱን ከቤተሰቦቹ አሳልፎ ወደ ትምህርት ገበታው ለመመለስ በጉዞ ላይ ሳለ ከአዳማ ከተማ በ10 ኪ/ሜ ርቀት ላይ በምትገኝ ወለኝጪቲ በተባለ ቦታ በደረሰው የመኪና አደጋ ምክንያት ጭንቅላቱ ላይ በደረሰበት ከፍተኛ ጉዳት በአዳማ ሆስፒታል የህክምና እርዳታ ሲደረግለት ቢቆይም ሕይወቱን ማትረፍ ባለመቻሉ መስከረም 17/2017 ከዚህ አለም በሞት ተለይቷል። ተማሪ ዘላለም ዘፍኔ በወዳጅ ዘመዶቹ እና በዩኒቨርሲቲው ማህበረሰብ እጅግ በጣም የሚወደድና የሚከበር መልካም ስነ-ምግባር ያለው ወጣት ነበር ፡፡ ተማሪ ዘላለም መስከረም 19 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም በተወለደ በ22 ዓመቱ ወዳጅ ዘመዶቹ ፣ ጓደኞቹ ፣የዩኒቨርሲቲው ተወካዮች እና የተማሪዎች ህብረት በተገኙበት በደቡብ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል ወላይታ ዞን ባሌ ሀዋሳ ከተማ የቀብር ስነ-ስርዓቱ ተፈፅሟል፡፡ የሐረማያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር በተማሪያችን ዘላለም ዘፍኔ ህልፈተ ህይወት የተሰማውን ጥልቅ ሀዘን እየገለፀ ለቤተሰቦቹ ፣ ለክፍል ጓደኞቹ እና ለወዳጅ ዘመዶቹ መፅናናትን ይመኛል፡፡ መስከረም/2017 ዓ.ም
