After a year of genocide against the Palestinian people, and the escalation and massacring of Lebanon, Indiana University remains complicit. Israel's genocide is only made possible through the United States's partnership.
The US not only provides the green light for israel to commit crimes against humanity, but provides weapons, intelligence, and billions of dollars of aid. The US is not only complicit but is administrating this genocide through its unwavering support for Israel. IU plans to host the DOD in luddy school as the genocide in Gaza continues. The students reject their tuition dollars and universities spaces going towards the deadly military industrial complex of the US Empire. Tomorrow on Thursday, August 29, at 7:15pm gather at the Sample Gates as we stand and rally for the martyrs and acknowledge the Palestinian peoples' ongoing fight for liberation.
At the first rally of the semester, we must continue with the same energy and force as we showed IU administration in April. As the genocide in Gaza continues and the invasion of the West Bank escalates, we will remain steadfast in our support for the people of Gaza as well as the fight for Palestinian liberation.

Especially at IU, where our tuition and fees go towards programs and grants that fund military industrial complexes like Crane that build weapons "israel" uses on innocents.

His family consists of seven people and they have sadly lost their father recently due to the genocide. Yahya is determined to provide care for his mother and his siblings so he is in need of funds to provide necessities and secure a safe place for the family to live. They had a business in interior design which was then destroyed by the occupation along with their house and belongings. Additionally, one member of the family, Tasneem, was seven months pregnant when the “war” began. Since then her son, Little Hamoud, has been born and raised in tents all while the occupation prevents him from getting proper medical care, clothing, nutrition, etc. The family consists of 14 people who need funds for daily necessities and to help them evacuate if the opportunity arises. His family includes: his father and mother, 3 brothers (Ismael, Majed, and Ramzi), and Ramzi’s wife and kids (Sawsan, Alma, Eleen, Anaya, and Sara). As of June 16th, Ismael needs urgent medical treatment for a bullet wound. Abdelrahman is currently in Egypt awaiting when his family can evacuate, but ultimately, they would all like to reunite in Germany where Ramzi has received some job offers.
