This weekend we have been out delivering freshly made sandwiches, cakes and bread.

Today we have been out delivering sandwiches and sausage rolls to people who due to their personal circumstances genuinely appreciated it. This is what your support allows us to do.

When we first mentioned our idea people thought we were crazy. Well it's Friday evening and we are collecting fresh eggs and pulling up our first crop of grown onions. There not massive onions but they are grown by us.

Thank you to your support we currently have another individual working towards their Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate. They will be sitting the exam next week. This means they will have gained a industry recognised qualification. This is the difference we are making. Thank you to everybody who supports us. Your kindness truly makes a difference.

What is UK Pantry? UK Pantry believes all food parcels should contain fresh produce. We have witnessed first hand how non perishable foods are placed in cupboards and forgotten about. Fresh produce has better nutritional value and is more versatile that allows opportunity for creativity. By 2025 we set out to achieve the aim of all food parcels to contain completely fresh produce. We have alot of work still to do but we are achieving this. We are expanding our network of farms and businesses to bring the best produce to the table. We also inspire individuals to cook. Cooking incorporates maths, reading, science, conversation and brings people together. Bringing people together provides inclusion and supports with mental health. This week 12 parcels have gone out to various locations across the UK and not one of them contained a single tin. We still have a lot of work to do but we are definately moving forward. Thank you to everyone who has supported us.

Another busy day. We've been delivering UK South today then on the way back we picked up some more chickens for their forever free-range home.

We are currently looking for 30 eight foot fence posts. The posts will be used to rescue and re-home 1000 chickens so we can give them a free range life with plenty of nurture.
