The human being is the conduit and transformer between these two forces. The chakras, in this view, are not just personal psychological centers, but relay stations on this vertical circuit. The goal of all practices is to open the channels for this vertical exchange and to prevent stagnation at any relay station (chakra). 1. Posture & Alignment: Creating the Conduit This is now the primary practice. Activation: Standing barefoot on earth (grounding), focusing on the soles of the feet in meditation, gentle tapping on the tailbone. · A blocked Heart Chakra (4) prevents the meeting and alchemy of the ascending Earth and descending Heaven energies, leading to emotional isolation.
