With the revelations of Barry Young (Whistleblower) that have gone viral around the world, it is time for us ALL to stand behind him and his wife, who have so courageously come out to bat for us, and support them in every way we can.
Barry's plea hearing is scheduled for 2.15pm, Monday, 18 December, at the Wellington District Court.
To celebrate the truth and to support Barry and his family, we are inviting all Kiwis (including MPs and Councils) to gather together for a picnic at 6 official locations around the country on 17th December at midday.
These locations are: Wellington Parliament Grounds, Whangarei, Auckland, Christchurch, Gore and Invercargill.Β Every other location has the opportunity to organise its own event but this will need to be done independently with the message in keeping with Barry's wish to gather peacefully, for all of mankind and to celebrate A NEW HOPE.

Over the next week leading up to the 18th court date you the NZ Loyal Freedom movement are urged to engage in protest pop-ups at local MP offices and / or the streets as we normally do, holding signs with the message. You can use the back side of your NZL corflute and paint the message on it. Wear your NZL shirts or yellow if you dont have one yet.
Your message can be whatever you like as long as it's positive. It's vital that we do this in our community to raise awareness to this and shake up the narrative that Barry is a spreader of misinformation like the MSM claim.

The judge in the case considered the bail matter argued for by Mathew Hague [Frontline Law] and the opposition to bail argued by the Police.
The Police earlier today sought a search warrant to access information stored on a cloud service, and it's believed that the reason bail is granted from 1:00pm tomorrow, is to allow the Police to complete that task. 1TB [Terrabyte] of information is expected to be recovered from the storage device/s.
Bail conditions will include being unable to use electronic devices capable of accessing the Internet.
The charge relating to accessing government data without permission carries a maximum sentence of 7 years.

| 20 | We were able to turn up at 10am for the court case which got underway after 10.30am. We were fortunate to get seating in the gallery about forty all up. The accused was lead into the box to the loud applause of all in the gallery. The judge commented that it was good to have whanau support but there will be no other noise or we would be asked to leave. Main news media asked to video some sections and the judge obliged but no one in the gallery was allowed to and were asked to all turn out phones off. The whistleblowers lawyer asked that he be released due to the fact the police presented no evidence. The judge gave the police until 2pm to present their evidence and indicated he would make a decision today. As the witness was lead away he yelled out "freedom".
