📰 The WINWIN Times. August issue
August showed that traffic performance is increasingly shaped not only by its quality, but by the context it operates in.
Regulation, payment infrastructure, audience behaviour and brand strength are becoming part of a GEO's economics — and they have a direct effect on results.
👉 In the August issue:
— Why regulatory attention is shifting from platforms to promotion channels
— How the agent network defines access to deposits in East Africa
— Why a region's income doesn't always reflect audience potential
— How brand awareness affects the performance of influencer traffic
— And where to meet WINWIN Partners in September
We continue to track the key shifts in the market and share what has a direct impact on results
🌟 WINWIN PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE: key takeaways for affiliates
60 days, 500+ partners and teams, over $30,000 in prize money, 46+ GEOs and 267,463 POINTS
The Challenge was not just a promotion, but a comprehensive test of the WINWIN Partners ecosystem: we gathered data on the markets, traffic sources and strategies that truly influence results.
👉🏻 We’ve put a comprehensive analysis in a separate article: which GEOs delivered the best results, why these particular sources made it into the top three, what set the leaders apart, and what to expect from the next promotion

🇨🇮 GEO Review: Ivory Coast
One of the key markets in francophone West Africa — and a GEO where the same market delivers fundamentally different results depending on the traffic approach.
Around 60% of gaming volume comes from online. Sports betting remains the market's main driver.
🌟 Two Approaches — Two Outcomes
Social media and influence deliver strong results in the betting vertical. Organic sources, in turn, perform better with casino audiences.
🌟 Football as the Main Driver
Football in Ivory Coast is part of everyday culture, and the national team, the Elephants, brings audiences together far beyond individual tournaments. This makes sports content a natural entry point across social sources.
🌟 Local Payment Infrastructure
Mobile Money is the familiar scenario for local audiences, but the market is split across several operators with no single leader. Payment stability directly affects performance here and requires a more flexible approach.
The GEO is open to new partners
Working with francophone Africa? Message our manager with "IVORY" — we'll go straight to available opportunities and terms tailored to your source.
⚜️ GEO Review: Côte d'Ivoire
One of the key markets in francophone West Africa — and a direction where our teams saw noticeably different results depending on the approach to traffic.
🌟 The market is already digital
Online accounts for around 60% of the country's total gaming revenue. Sports betting is the leading vertical.
🌟 Two approaches, two outcomes
On the same GEO, we see two working models.
Influencer traffic through social channels: Reg2Dep around 30%, ranging from 18% to 46% depending on the partner. Sources — Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and partly Facebook. Here 90% of content is built around football: predictions, analysis, match breakdowns.
Media buying and organic: Reg2Dep ranging from 22% to 35%. Sources — Facebook, ASO, in-app, PPC, and some SEO. Here casino drives the volume.
🌟 Why football works
Football is the national sport in Côte d'Ivoire, and the national team — the Elephants — unites audiences across the country. All of francophone Africa lives on football, and it shows directly in social sources: casino barely appears there, though some players move into it later.
🌟 Payments
Mobile money is the primary payment method. According to telecom regulator ARTCI, the market splits between Orange (48.3%), MTN (41.1%), and Moov (10.6%). There's no single dominant provider — coverage has to be built across several at once.
One important note: payment infrastructure on this GEO is unstable, and performance can fluctuate noticeably.
The GEO is available for new partners, with caps in place.

🌟 Wild Chance: the Tier-1 direction in the WINWIN ecosystem
The WINWIN Partners ecosystem is expanding. Introducing Wild Chance — a brand focused on Tier-1 markets.
Western Europe, Scandinavia, Australia, and Canada. A dedicated direction with its own product, platform, and deep localisation for each market.
👉🏻 In the carousel — what's behind Wild Chance, which GEOs the brand covers, and what terms it opens up for partners.

🌟 Prediction traffic: why it's harder to monetise and what actually works
Tipsters, cappers, and streamers build the most trust-driven audience in the vertical. People come for one person's expertise and keep coming back to them.
Yet monetising this traffic is harder than it looks from the outside.
Here's where the contradiction lies and what works in practice 👉

⚜️ What players actually play across our GEOs
We analyzed data from nine markets over June–July to see which games drive the bulk of activity in each region. The result was more revealing than expected: these markets differ far more than people assume.
🌟 The main takeaway
There's no universal set — but there is a universal core: classic titles like Burning Hot and Crystal hold steady in the top from Central Asia to Southeast Asia. Beyond that, the differences are fundamental.
🌟 How the markets differ
— In francophone Africa, crash and the simplest mechanics dominate
— Cameroon stands out with live roulettes — unlike its neighboring regions
— In Central Asia, crash doesn't rank top at all: classics and major provider releases lead
— In Southeast Asia, Asian providers take the lead, with live baccarat added in the Philippines
— Turkey is a case of its own: European slot classics, with crash outside the top
👉 In the carousel, we break down each region separately
Product and GEO data is one of the tools we provide partners for working with traffic. Up-to-date market statistics help identify growth opportunities faster and make decisions based on real performance in a constantly shifting market.
💬 Want to know what performs on your specific GEO? Message your manager — we'll share current data for your direction.
🌟 How WINWIN Partners works with partners: from application to first payout
What happens after that first message to a manager? Here's the full path — from introduction to launch and first results.
⚜️ Step 1. Application
You can message a manager directly or register in the partner account — in that case your application reaches the team and we'll get in touch with you.
At the start, we clarify the essentials: your GEO, traffic source, and planned volumes. Then we suggest suitable directions and walk you through the terms and statistics for each.
⚜️ Step 2. Matching the terms
RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, and other models are available. The optimal format depends on your source, volumes, rate, whether a baseline is involved, and other parameters — we tailor it individually.
If you work across several GEOs, we determine the priority directions together and assess the potential of each.
⚜️ Step 3. Onboarding
Once the terms are agreed, we set up postbacks and provide your links — this usually takes up to 30 minutes.
Need additional materials? Creatives and banners are prepared promptly, while landing page development takes one to three weeks depending on the task.
Your manager stays in touch at every stage and helps with setup all the way to a full launch.
⚜️ Step 4. Launch and first results
After the start, your manager tracks the numbers alongside you and helps identify optimisation points quickly.
Feedback matters at this stage: if something isn't converting, we look into why — from traffic source quality to payment methods on a specific GEO.
⚜️ Step 5. Payout
Frequency depends on the model:
— RevShare with withdrawal to a gaming account — weekly
— CPA — monthly, with reconciliation on the 1st
Available withdrawal methods: bank transfer, crypto, and gaming account.
Minimum withdrawal amounts:
— from $30 to a gaming account
— from $150 to a crypto wallet
From application to first payout — a clear path with no hidden conditions
💬 Ready to start? Message our manager — we'll match the product, GEO, and model to your traffic.
🇧🇩 GEO Review: Bangladesh
One of Asia's most promising — and at the same time most underrated — markets. There are already over 5 million players here, with growth projected to reach 20 million by 2027. And player acquisition costs less here than in India, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
This is a mobile-first market: Android holds the dominant share, and the entire user journey — from first click to deposit — happens on a smartphone. The main driver of activity is cricket: tournaments create the strongest activity spikes of the year and open up additional opportunities to scale traffic.
👉 In the carousel, we break the market down in more detail: who makes up the core audience, which approaches work best, why the entry window is still open, and what to consider at launch.
💬 Planning to test this direction? Message a manager — we'll walk you through terms and caps
🌟 People of WINWIN: meet Rodion
We're continuing our series about the WINWIN Partners team. Our second hero is Rodion, Affiliate Manager for the European market.
Rodion joined the team recently and already works with one of the most demanding regions out there.
Why it's products that get oversaturated — not Europe itself — and why traffic quality beats volume: swipe through 👆
Got a question for the team? Drop it in the comments — the best ones will make it into future episodes 💚
🌟 THE WINWIN COLLECTION
We've developed a branded merch collection in the WINWIN Partners identity — for our partners, our team, and friends of the industry.
Leather bags, hoodies, and accessories are made in the brand's recognizable style and reflect the same approach we bring to developing our affiliate program: attention to detail and quality at every stage.
In the new video — the collection at the conference and beyond.
More events, more meetings, and more drops ahead 💚
⚜️ WINWIN PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE: two weeks to the finish
The biggest performance event of this summer is entering the home stretch. Two weeks left — and the top prizes are still up for grabs.
The leaderboard updates three times a week, so the standings can shift at any moment. One strong run of traffic can move you up several positions.
🏆 Still in play:
— Rolex Datejust
— Fanatec Podium Racing Setup
— MacBook Pro
— Rimowa Suitcase
— iPad mini
— Garmin Enduro 3
— and 40+ cash prizes
The mechanics stay the same:
🌟 Drive traffic to WinWin Bet — a minimum of $10,000 in total deposits during the promo period
🌟 Earn POINTS: 1 confirmed FTD = 1 POINT, every $100 in new deposits = 1 POINT
🌟 Climb the leaderboard, unlock new reward levels, and choose: take the prize or its cash equivalent
These final two weeks decide who takes the top prizes 💎

📰 The WINWIN Times. July issue
July showed that the market depends less on individual events and more on how quickly teams can adapt.
Major tournaments create the peaks, but the result is defined by what happens after them: how the audience redistributes, which segments take over attention, and how fast teams adjust their approach.
👉 In the July issue:
— Why major tournament audiences don't disappear, but redistribute
— How influencer traffic is strengthening its position in emerging GEOs
— Why regulatory pressure restructures markets rather than shrinking them
— How local payment methods affect deposit conversion
— What the start of the European leagues changes in planning
— And where to meet WINWIN Partners in August
We continue to track the key shifts in the market and share what directly affects results 💎
🌟 WINWIN Partners' CMO answers
Daria Averkina, CMO of WINWIN Partners — on visuals, trust, and why branding wins even where "only odds matter."
— Why the premium visuals?
Social media is a brand's business card and the first touchpoint with a partner. In the first few seconds, people judge only one thing — how you look. If the profile feels weak, the eye doesn't catch, and no one reads what's behind it. Our job is to hold attention from the very first second.
— Which channel is underrated in B2B?
I don't like splitting marketing into channels. Today the winners aren't those who run Telegram or LinkedIn best — they're those who build an ecosystem around the brand. But if I had to name one thing, it's people. We trust people far faster than logos.
— "In affiliate, branding doesn't matter — odds do." Your answer?
One offer is no longer enough. Yes, odds matter. But if five companies have roughly the same ones — why should a partner choose you? That's where branding begins. No-names aren't taken seriously.
— One principle, if only one?
Build your brand for the long run. Any ad can be switched off, any budget can run out — a strong brand stays.
How do you see branding in affiliate — decoration or necessity? 💚

⚜️ Two brands in the WINWIN ecosystem: WinWinBet and GoldPari
Partners often ask what makes our brands different and whether they can work with both. Here's how the ecosystem is structured.
🌟 Two products:
— WinWinBet
— GoldPari
Each brand has its own partner cabinet and its own terms
🌟 What it means for partners:
— two products for different audiences: if your traffic converts better with another product, the second brand is already within reach
— the option to test both on the same GEO and compare results
— no need to look for another program elsewhere — everything stays within the ecosystem
— your manager will help you get onboarded with the second brand and advise what fits your source
🌟 What both brands share:
— a unified approach to working with partners
— localized creatives, promo materials, and payment methods
— team support at every stage of the launch
Two products — twice the room for testing and scaling 💎💬 Not sure which brand fits your source? Get in touch — we'll match the product and GEO to your traffic.
