📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ONBPAD UPDATE RESTRUCTURING PLAN
Dear ONBPAD Community,
As previously announced, ONBPAD was established with the mission of being the official launchpad of Onebit Ventures, bringing the community early access to the Private Deals that Onebit Ventures invests in. We have always aimed to share the most promising projects with the members who have trusted ONBPAD.
However, the team would like to candidly acknowledge that in the recent period, the launchpad's performance has not been as effective as expected. The success rate of the Private Deals has not been high, failing to deliver corresponding benefits to our community.
For this reason, we are undergoing a comprehensive restructuring process and roadmap revision to enhance project quality and optimize our operational model.
In parallel with this internal restructuring, the legal landscape in Vietnam is also undergoing pivotal changes. With the upcoming enforcement of the Law on Digital Technology Industry and, notably, the recently issued Government's Resolution 05/2025/NQ-CP on the pilot of the digital asset market, a new legal framework is gradually taking shape.
As a project that always prioritizes compliance, we recognize the need to take time to thoroughly study and ensure that ONBPAD's new operational model fully aligns with these legal regulations. We do not wish to take any action that contravenes or violates these regulations.
Therefore, ONBPAD has decided to temporarily suspend its launchpad activities until the legal framework becomes more specific and clear. We will announce our "Re-opening" plan as soon as we are ready.

We are committed to distributing all tokens for the Private Deals that have been conducted on ONBPAD, according to the schedule previously announced for each project.

| 3 |  📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE ON THE RAIINMAKER ($RAIIN) TOKEN LIQUIDATION 📢
Hello ONBPAD community,
The ONBPAD team has received an official update from Raiinmaker and wishes to share the important changes regarding the $RAIIN token liquidation plan.
The project has stated that after the token launch on July 23, they faced challenges such as lower-than-expected liquidity and trading volume. Therefore, after consulting with their market maker, they have decided to implement some strategic adjustments.
Instead of allowing investors to transfer tokens to CEXs (like MEXC) to sell, the project has established a separate and mandatory liquidation mechanism for investors directly on their website.
📌 Major Change: Liquidation Schedule Switched from WEEKLY to MONTHLY
This is the most significant change. Instead of weekly liquidations, the project will now process liquidations on a monthly basis for the first 90 days. The purpose of this change is to enhance market stability and manage liquidity more effectively.
The specific liquidation schedule and USDC distribution dates are as follows:
- Month 1: Period from 07/23 - 08/23. USDC Distribution Date: 08/30.
- Month 2: Period from 08/24 - 09/23. USDC Distribution Date: 09/30.
- Month 3: Period from 09/24 - 10/23. USDC Distribution Date: 10/30.
⚠️ CRITICAL POINTS TO NOTE
1. Price & Liquidity Risks:
- The project emphasizes that liquidation is not guaranteed for the entire amount of tokens deposited by investors.
- The number of tokens to be liquidated will be limited by the available trading volume in the market.
- The liquidation price is likely to be lower than the initial listing price.
- When an investor chooses to "Opt-In" for a period, their entire $COIIN token balance deposited into the Coiin.AI account will be subject to liquidation at the monthly TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price).
2. Regarding Direct Token Withdrawal:
- According to the announcement, after the initial 90-day period, investors may be able to withdraw their $RAIIN tokens directly to their wallets on the BASE or SEI network from their Coiin.AI account. ONBPAD will provide updates as soon as more specific instructions are available.
3. Token Network & Mandatory Liquidation Mechanism:
- The $RAIIN tokens distributed to investors are on the Base network, while listing CEXs (like MEXC) currently support the SEI network. Due to the lack of a bridge between the two networks, investors cannot deposit tokens onto the exchange to trade freely.
- Because of this technical barrier, the Raiinmaker project has established its own liquidation mechanism. This is the only option the project is providing to investors at this time. This means investors are forced to accept liquidation according to a schedule and conditions (price, volume) controlled by the project itself, instead of trading proactively on the open market. ONBPAD wishes to emphasize that this regulation and solution come entirely from the Raiinmaker project.
📈 Other Positive Updates from the Project Besides these adjustments, the project also shared positive progress on business and partnership fronts, including with Google, Solana, and AWS.
📝 Summary In summary, the project is prioritizing long-term market health, resulting in a stricter liquidation policy for the first three months. Investors should very carefully consider the risks related to price and liquidity before deciding to participate in the project's liquidation pool.
