Hello VeryChat community 😊 We've seen a lot of questions and speculation around KYC and migration lately. Let us clear things up. 🔹 What's NOT happening right now

▫️ There is currently NO KYC or migration process underway for app mining rewards. ▫️ 30 days mined. 1,000 VERY mined. 7 friends invited. None of these grant you KYC access right now. ▫️ App VERY KYC is simply not in progress — for anyone.

🔹 What IS happening

▫️ Some users completing KYC right now are Node holders — this is required to claim node mining rewards. ▫️ Node KYC does NOT cover app mining rewards. App mining rewards cannot be migrated through this process. ▫️ Node KYC and App KYC are separate processes. Even users who have completed Node KYC may need to go through App KYC separately when the time comes.

🔹 What's coming

▫️ App mining KYC is planned for June — likely in the last week of June, subject to development schedules. ▫️ Conditions will apply, but if you've been mining consistently, there is nothing to worry about. ▫️ Detailed schedules and updates will be shared through upcoming announcements so please be patient!

However, due to an issue during the chain data synchronization process, a new verified chain data snapshot has been uploaded. Existing node miners are required to delete the /data folder in the node client and restart the client. The node will then resynchronize using the updated and verified chain data.
