مسئولیتت بیشتر میشه: بُردهای بزرگ، مسئولیتای سنگین‌تر میاره. باید از کنج راحتی بیای بیرون: باید قید یه سری عادتای الانت رو بزنی. توقعات بقیه میره بالا: دور و بریات ازت انتظار بیشتری دارن و این خودش کلی فشاره. میفتی تو چشم: بعضیا دوست ندارن تو مرکز توجه باشن.

❓این ترسه خودشو چجوری لو میده؟

بهونه میاری و دست دست می‌کنی: هی با خودت میگی "ولش کن، الان وقتش نیست" و ورود به معامله رو میندازی عقب. پلن رو نصفه کاره ول می‌کنی: به استراتژیت پایبند نیستی و از معامله‌های خوب، زود میپری بیرون. ناخودآگاه خودتو خراب میکنی: میری سراغ معامله‌هایی که ته دلت میدونی آش دهن ‌سوزی نیستن تا یه وقت برنده نباشی!

❓حالا چیکار کنیم؟ راه حلش اینه که اول از همه این ترسه رو بشناسی و قبولش کنی. کلید موفقیت اینه که یاد بگیری ترستو کنترل کنی و خیلی شیک و با دیسیپلین ترید کنی. پس دفعه بعدی که حس کردی داری جا می‌زنی و از یه موقعیت عالی عقب می‌کشی، یه لحظه با خودت خلوت کن و فکر کن: واقعاً دارم از شکست می‌ترسم یا از موفقیت؟ شناختن این دشمن درونی، بهت قدرت میده که باهاش روبرو بشی و آگاهانه بری سمت هدفت.
