السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، استناداً إلى توجيهات السيد المساعد العلمي المحترم والسيد عميد الكلية المحترم يرجى من الطلبة الاسراع بملء الاستمارة الخاصة بإصدار الهويات الجامعية عبر تطبيق “HEPIQ” ضمن نظام الـ(SIS) الوزاري. وسيتم استلام الاستمارات من الطلبة بعد تعبئتها ومن ثم إعادتها إلى قسم التسجيل المركزي وشؤون الطلبة/ شعبة الهويات لغرض إدخال بيانات الطلبة في نظام الـ(SIS) وتطبيق “HEPIQ” وفقاً لتوجيهات الوزارة. على أن يتم إنجاز ذلك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز (15) يوماً من تاريخ هذا التبليغ .16/10/2025
