ቻይና ዓለም አቀፍ ቀዳሚ የሆነውን አእምሮን ከኮምፒውተር ጋር የሚያገናኝ ቴክኖሎጂ ለገበያ እንዲቀርብ ፈቀደች የቻይና ብሔራዊ የመድኃኒትና የሕክምና ምርቶች አስተዳደር NEO የተሰኘውን የሳንቲም ያህል መጠን ያለው አእምሮን ከኮምፒውተር ጋር የሚያገናኝ (BCI) ቴክኖሎጂ ለገበያ እንዲቀርብ ፈቃድ ሰጥቷል። በጽንግሁዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ እና በኒውራክል ቴክኖሎጂ የተገነባው ይህ መሳሪያ፣ ከምርምር ማዕከላት ውጭ የሰዎችን የእንቅስቃሴ አቅም ለመመለስ ለገበያ እንዲቀርብ ፈቃድ ያገኘ በዓለማችን የመጀመሪያው በአእምሮ ውስጥ የሚተከል ቴክኖሎጂ ሆኗል። የኢሎን መስክ ኒውራሊንክ (Neuralink) አሁንም በሰው ልጅ ላይ በሚደረግ የሙከራ ደረጃ ላይ ብቻ የሚገኝ ሲሆን፣ NEO ግን ደህንነቱን ባስቀደመው ልዩ ዲዛይኑ ምክንያት በፍጥነት የንግድ ፈቃድ ማግኘት ችሏል። መሳሪያው የአእምሮ ክፍሎችን ጥሶ ከመግባት ይልቅ ስምንት ሴንሰሮቹ ከአእምሮ ውጫዊ ሽፋን (dura mater) ላይ በደህና ሁኔታ የሚያርፉ በመሆናቸው የህብረህዋሳት ጉዳትንና ደም መፈሰስን በእጅጉ ይቀንሳል። ይህ ፈቃድ በፅኑ የአንገት አጥንትና የሕብረ-ሰstandard አደጋ ምክንያት ሙሉ በሙሉ የእጅና የእግር ሽባነት ለገጠማቸው ነገር ግን የተወሰነ የእጅ እንቅስቃሴ ላላቸው ከ18 እስከ 60 ዕድሜ ክልል ውስጥ ላሉ አዋቂዎች ብቻ የሚያገለግል ነው። በ11 ሆስፒታሎች ውስጥ በተደረጉ የሕክምና ሙከራዎች፣ ስርዓቱ በቤት ውስጥ በአእምሮ እዘዛ ዕቃዎችን የመጨበጥ ድጋፍ በመስጠት 100 በመቶ ስኬት አስመዝግቧል። ይህ ቴክኖሎጂ የሰዎችን የሃሳብ ፍላጎት በመተርጎም ከሮቦቲክ የእጅ ጓንት ጋር በማያያዝ፣ ታካሚዎች እንደ መብላትና መጠጣት ያሉ የዘወትር ተግባራቸውን በራሳቸው እንዲያከናውኑ አስችሏቸዋል።

የምዝገባ ጥሪ ማስታወቂያ ለባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ነባር ቅድመ ምረቃ እና ድህረ ምረቃ መደበኛ ተማሪዎች በሙሉ 1) የቅድመ ምረቃ 3ኛ ዓመትና ከዚያ በላይ እንዲሁም የነባር የድህረ ምረቃ ተማሪዎች ፤ 2) የትምህርት ክፍል ምደባቸውን ያወቁ 2ኛ አመት ተማሪዎች(Anesthesia, Comprehensive Nursing, , Law, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Pre-medicine and Veterinary Medicine) የ2019 ዓ.ም የትምህርት ዘመን የመጀመሪያው ወሰነ ትምህርት ምዝገባ የሚካሄደው ከመስከረም 07-08/2019 ዓ.ም መሆኑን እየገለጽን ምዝገባ የሚካሄደው ፕሮግራሙ በሚገኝበት ካምፓሶች መሆኑን እንገልጻለን። ማሳሰቢያ፤  ከተጠቀሰው የምዝገባ ጊዜ በፊትም ሆነ ዘግይቶ የሚመጣን ተማሪ የማንቀበል መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡ የባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሬጅስትራርና አልሙናይ ማኔጅመንት ዳይሬክቶሬት

የምዝገባ ጥሪ ማስታወቂያ ለባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2018 ዓ.ም ጀማሪ መርሃ ግብር መደበኛ ተማሪዎች በሙሉ በባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2018 ዓ.ም የ1ኛ አመት ትምህርታችሁን አጠናቃችሁ የዲፓርትመንት ምደባ እየጠበቃችሁ ላላችሁ(ማለትም Other Social Science, Other Natural and Health Science and Engineering and Technology Band) ተማሪዎች የዩኒቨርሲቲ መግቢያ ቀን ከመስከረም 06-07/2019 ዓ.ም ብቻ መሆኑን አውቃችሁ ከዚህ በታች በተገለጸው ግቢ ሪፓርት እንድታርጉ Band/department Campus Other Natural and Health Science Peda/CoBE Other Social Science Gish Abay Engineering & Technology Band Selam በተጨማሪም የዲፓርትመንት ምደባ የሚካሄደው በተማሪዎች የመምረጫ ሲስተም(SIMS) ስለሆነ የመምረጫ ሲስተሙ ክፍት የሚሆነው ከመስከረም 05-08/2019 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 2:30 ሰዓት ስለሆነ ባላችሁበት ሆናችሁ በኦንላይን መማር የምትፈልጉትን የትምህርት መስክ መምረጥ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን። ማሳሰቢያ፤  ዲፐርትመንት ምደባ የሚጠናቀቀው መስከረም 08/2019 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 2:30 መሆኑን አውቃችሁ እንድትመርጡ፡፡  በሲስተም ያልመረጠን ማንኛውንም ተማሪ የማናስተናግድ መሆኑን አውቃችሁ እያንዳንዱ ዲፓርትመንት የሚቀበሉትን የተማሪ ቁጥር/ኮታ በትክክል አይታችሁ እንድትመርጡ በጥብቅ እንገልፃለን::  ከተጠቀሰው የምዝገባ ጊዜ በፊትም ሆነ ዘግይቶ የሚመጣን ተማሪ የማንቀበል መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡ የባሕር ዳር ዩኒቨርሲቲ ሬጅስትራርና አልሙናይ ማኔጅመንት ዳይሬክቶሬት @BahirdarUniversity_Student
