Thoughts of a guy In solitude, he waits and dreams, For the one who'll see beyond his means, A heart that cares, a love so true, Who'll cherish him, through all he'll do. He imagines her, a vision fair, Eyes that shine, with loving care, A gentle smile, a tender touch, A soul that loves, with a heart so much. He sees her laugh, her joyful tears, Her compassion, through all his fears, A partner true, through every test, Who'll stand by him, and love him best. But where is she, this elusive find? Does she exist, or is she left behind? He searches near, he searches far, Yet, she remains, a shining star. In his mind, he holds her dear, A fantasy, he holds so clear, Though reality, may not reveal, His heart holds on, to this ideal. Perhaps someday, fate will align, And bring to him, this love divine, Until then, he'll hold on tight, To the dream, of her loving light. His imagination runs wild and free, Creating moments, just for thee, Conversations, laughter, and tears, A life together, through all the years. His heart beats fast, with every thought, Of finding her, and love being brought, To his doorstep, to his life, To be with her, as husband and wife.
