Reminded that the rightmost lane (Lane 1) on expressways is designated for overtaking and emergency vehicles, requiring drivers to keep left unless passing slower traffic. Remaining in Lane 1 without overtaking constitutes "road hogging", and drivers should yield to faster traffic behind them, even if driving at the speed limit.
