RT @OHCHR_Palestine: 🚨We are increasingly concerned about repeated reports of violent activity by Palestinian armed elements in Gaza that appear to be backed by Israeli forces. Tuesday morning, 9 June, members of these armed elements established a checkpoint near Wadi Gaza on Salah Al Dein Street in central Gaza and detained several Palestinians, including seven ambulance crew members from the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS). Five were released later. The remaining two were taken to an unknown location. As of today, their fate and whereabouts remain unknown according to PRCS. This is unacceptable, and these healthcare workers must immediately be released. As an occupying power, Israel has obligations to ensure public order and safety in Gaza, and to refrain from, as well as prevent, such violations of international law, including the obstruction of medical services. RT @pmofa: الخارجية والمغتربين تعقد إحاطة للسلك الدبلوماسي حول واقع القطاع الصحي الفلسطيني والتحديات غير المسبوقة التي يواجهها عقدت وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين، اليوم الثلاثاء، إحاطة للسلك الدبلوماسي المعتمد لدى دولة فلسطين حول الأوضاع الصحية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، والواقع الذي يواجهه القطاع الصحي الفلسطيني في ظل استمرار العدوان الإسرائيلي والإجراءات التي تستهدف المؤسسات الفلسطينية، وذلك بمشاركة وزيرة الخارجية والمغتربين د. فارسين أغابيكيان شاهين، @VarsenAghShahin ووزير الصحة د. ماجد أبو رمضان. وأكدت الوزيرة شاهين أن ما يتعرض له القطاع الصحي الفلسطيني لا يمكن فصله عن الاستهداف الأوسع للمؤسسات الفلسطينية ومقومات صمود الشعب الفلسطيني، مشيرة إلى أن تدمير القطاع الصحي في قطاع غزة، إلى جانب التضييق المالي والإجراءات الإسرائيلية في الضفة الغربية بما فيها القدس الشرقية، يهدف إلى إضعاف قدرة المؤسسات الفلسطينية على تقديم الخدمات الأساسية للمواطنين. وأوضحت أن الفلسطينيين يواجهون انعداماً متزايداً للأمن والاستقرار نتيجة الاقتحامات العسكرية وعنف المستوطنين والإغلاقات والحواجز، الأمر الذي ينعكس بشكل مباشر على قدرة المواطنين على الوصول إلى الخدمات الصحية، كما يفاقم من الأعباء النفسية والاجتماعية، خاصة لدى الأطفال والشباب. من جانبه، استعرض وزير الصحة د. ماجد أبو رمضان التحديات الصحية والمالية غير المسبوقة التي تواجه القطاع الصحي الفلسطيني، مشيراً إلى أن استمرار احتجاز أموال المقاصة أدى إلى أزمة مالية حادة تهدد استدامة الخدمات الصحية. وأوضح أن الديون المتراكمة على وزارة الصحة بلغت نحو 1.365 مليار دولار أمريكي، في وقت تعاني فيه المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية من نقص حاد في الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية. وأشار الوزير د. أبو رمضان إلى أن نحو 47% من الأدوية الأساسية في قطاع غزة وصلت إلى مستوى نفاد المخزون، فيما تجاوز عدد الاعتداءات والانتهاكات التي طالت القطاع الصحي في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة 1955 اعتداءً منذ تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2023. كما لفت إلى أن آلاف المرضى، بمن فيهم مرضى السرطان والأمراض المزمنة، يواجهون مخاطر متزايدة نتيجة انقطاع العلاج ونقص الأدوية والتجهيزات الطبية. وأكد الوزير د. أبو رمضان أن القيود المفروضة على الحركة والتنقل، وإعاقة وصول المرضى والطواقم الطبية وسيارات الإسعاف، إلى جانب الأزمة المالية الخانقة، أدت إلى تقليص الخدمات الصحية وتأجيل آلاف العمليات الجراحية وتراجع قدرة المرافق الصحية على الاستجابة للاحتياجات المتزايدة للمواطنين. ودعا الوزيران المجتمع الدولي إلى التحرك العاجل لحماية القطاع الصحي الفلسطيني، وضمان وصول المساعدات والإمدادات الطبية دون عوائق، والإفراج عن أموال المقاصة المحتجزة، وتوفير الدعم اللازم للمؤسسات الصحية الفلسطينية، بما يضمن حماية الحق في الصحة والحياة للشعب الفلسطيني وفقاً للقانون الدولي. @embpalestina Palestine Under Attack on Telegram by @PalestineUnderAttackTelegram A @grttme project - Other backups: @Hallotme

Israeli soldier deliberately targeting and assassinating a 7-month-old infant Sam: תיעוד חדש שהגיע לידי בצלם חושף את רגעי הירי במשפחת אבו הייכל, שכתוצאה ממנו נהרג סאם אבו הייכל, תינוק בן 7 חודשים, ונפצעו שני הוריו. מהתיעוד עולה בבירור כי הירי שביצע החייל לעבר הרכב בוצע בזמן שנהג הרכב האט את נסיעתו לקראת עצירה, וכאשר היה במרחק מהחיילים ולא היווה כל סכנה עבורם. בהמשך, בסרטון נוסף שהגיע לידי בצלם, נראה פאהד, אביו של סאם בן ה-7 חודשים, ברגעים הראשונים לאחר הירי בבנו. האב נראה כאשר הוא אוחז בתינוק ומנסה לעצור בידיו את הדימום מראשו. עוד ניתן לראותבתיעוד את אימו של התינוק, דאניה, שנפצעה גם היא מהירי בזמן שאחזה בבנה, כשהיא יושבת על הכביש לצד רכב המשפחה. ביום שישי האחרון, 5 ביוני, חייל ישראלי פתח באש קטלנית לעבר משפחה פלסטינית, שחזרה מביקור משפחתי, בעת שנסעה ברכבה בשכונת תל רומיידה בחברון. הירי בוצע לאחר שאב המשפחה, שנהג ברכב, הבחיןבחיילים שעמדו על הכביש והאט. סאם, תינוק בן 7 חודשים, שהיה באותה עת בזרועותיה של אימו במושב האחורי, נפגע בראשו מהירי ומותו נקבע זמן קצר לאחר מכן. מהירי נפצעו גם אביו של סאם ואימו, שעדייןמאושפזת בבית החולים. לאחר הירי החייל היורה וחייל נוסף שהיה עמו עזבו את המקום מבלי לבדוק את הרכב ומבלי להגיש סיוע לתינוק הפצוע אנוש ולאימו. בשנתיים וחצי האחרונות ישראל הרגה למעלה מ-20,000 ילדים בעזה ובגדה המערבית. החסינות שהמערכת הישראלית מעניקה לחיילים ולמתנחלים הובילה למציאות יומיומית בה הרג של פלסטינים, באשר הוא, נתמך ומגובה על ידי המערכת - אפילו כשמדובר בתינוק בן 7 חודשים. - B'Tselem בצלם بتسيلم State of Palestine Palestine Under Attack on Telegram by @PalestineUnderAttackTelegram A @grttme project - Other backups: @Hallotme
