И это не единичный случай. Даже у крупных компаний такие штуки лежат прямо на поверхности — верхушка айсберга, которую все игнорят. А потом это превращается в просранную выручку и хвостовые риски по доверию. Сейчас возьму пару бизнесов на быстрый разбор: зайду как новый клиент и покажу, где у вас в первые минуты теряются деньги.
