Phase B β Sealevel-style parallel tx execution
Phase C β TPU inter-block pipeline (sig verify overlaps state execution)
Results: 92.2k TPS peak Β· 5.9Γ vs baseline
The pipeline alone adds 2.8Γ by hiding Ed25519 sig verify latency behind state execution of the previous block.
