these screenshots attached is the convo i had with the singpost shopee customer service. i had called up the singpost customer service hotline again to clarify this issue and they confirmed that the price change will be reflected all across the board. • shopee, lazada, all e-commerce platforms: 8 nov • singpost website and all offline post offices: 18 nov tracked labels aren’t the only ones affected by the price change, smartpac are affected by it as well. • small smartpac: $2.20 -> $2.70 • medium smartpac: $2.20 -> $3 (?) cannot exactly remember the price stated by the cso i also asked if there are any other more affordable methods to mail out pcs but the cso said that anything that is not used to pass information, it would be considered under tracked mailing, applicable to our case. in conclusion, if you’re able to buy any extra tracked labels/smartpac now, yall can stock up while the prices are still at their original prices
