Patient presented with abdominal pain for 1 day intermittent, right sided pain and slight fullness and rigidity Pregnancy test is negative (she was hypotensive 90/60 and had fever 38.) A. Appendicitis B. Ectopic pregnancy C. Ovarian torsion D. rupture cyst The answer is C Yes with ovarian torsion the patient can be hypotensive with recurrent vomiting also there is fullness in abdominal examination which is one of the findings in Ovarian Torsion 👍. patients with ruptured cyst usually present with vaginal bleeding and they will not present by fullness since it ruptured already .

Q about a guy with RIF pain and tenderness and there is a fecalth discharge and abscess from the appendix extending to the abdominal wall ?

Blunt trauma during contact sport, on examination unstable chest wall with coughing , bruises on the skin and tender crepitus during Palpation . Pt stable vitally except o2 saturation was 86% . Equal air on both sides.
