The answer is C
Yes with ovarian torsion the patient can be hypotensive with recurrent vomiting also there is fullness in abdominal examination which is one of the findings in Ovarian Torsion 👍.
patients with ruptured cyst usually present with vaginal bleeding and they will not present by fullness since it ruptured already .
