The more you know the more you miss they way you viewed the world before you know too much. You cannot stay as who you are when you were 7 forever, there's responsibilities and then you realize school was the best distraction from this life. Where'd all the time go? It flies now, back then you felt every moment down to the millisecond, everything felt like novelty, now the experiences feel monotonous. You don't actually miss your childhood, you actually miss experiencing everything for the first time. That's why we say, I'd watch this show over and over again if someone erased my memory of it.
