Гигиенический набор предназначен для самостоятельного ухода (и должен). За годы мой набор для гигиены менялся в размерах, иногда сводясь к одной зубной щётке в сумке. Чувствуешь себя комфортно, будучи в неловком положении и в грязи. По этим причинам я не могу сказать, что мой набор — лучший, так как обычно я просто грязнуля в полевых условиях. На фото представлены предметы, которые я адаптировал, по сути, объединив идеи походного набора в более компактный и удобный вариант. Обратите внимание: никаких бритвенных принадлежностей. Мне не приходилось бриться в полевых условиях с 2003 года (и для всех тех, кто сейчас говорит: «Должно быть, это хорошо», да, это так). Однако, когда мне приходилось с этим сталкиваться, хорошие одноразовые бритвы и сухое бритьё были моими фаворитами. Я понимаю, что многие не могут себе этого позволить, поэтому ваши решения будут отличаться. Зубы — это мой минимум ухода, часто я просто чищу зубы, споласкивая рот водой. Мне понравились Wisps, потому что я мог брать с собой по одной штуке в день, использовать её дважды и выбрасывать в мусорное ведро после использования. Они лёгкие, и мне не нужно было брать с собой зубную пасту, которую я обычно не рекомендую брать с собой в командировки или во время учений. Зубная паста — нетипичный для меня предмет, но я включил её в качестве примера того, что можно взять с собой. Можно разрезать зубную щётку, чтобы её было легче брать. Только убедитесь, что вам не придётся брать её в рот грязными руками (для этого и существует дезинфицирующее средство для рук). Зубная нить тоже пригодится, и её легко использовать на посту безопасности, чтобы не отвлекаться, осматривая свой участок. Остальная часть набора — это, в основном, мелочи: леденцы от горла, набор пластырей разных размеров и антибактериальная мазь, антациды, средства от боли в желудке, витамин С и средства для регидратации. Ни один из этих предметов не является лучшим вариантом, это доступные варианты, которые можно купить в PX или местной аптеке. Последние три фотографии — это то, чем я уже делилась раньше. Продолжение: The rest of the kit is mostly incidentals: throat lozenges, boo-boo kit of various sized bandaids and antibacterial ointment, antacids, stomach, pain management, vitamin C, and rehydration. None of the items are necessarily the best options, they’re affordable options you can pick up in the PX or local pharmacy. The last 3 photos are something I’ve shared before. Продолжение: I realize many can’t do that, so your solution there will vary. Teeth are my bare minimum to care for, often just brushing with a bit of water in my mouth. I liked the Wisps because I could pack one a day, use it twice and stick in in my food trash when done. They were light and I didn’t need to pack toothpaste, something I don’t generally recommend you pack out on deployment or during force on force training. Toothpaste is not a usual item for me but I included it as an example of what you could bring. You can chop down a toothbrush to make it easier to pack. Just make sure you don’t have to stick your dirty hands in your mouth to use it (and that’s why there’s hand sanitizer). The tooth flosser picks are handy as well, and it’s an easy thing to do on security to keep your mind engaged as you look out over your sector.

I haven’t had to deal with shaving in the field since 2003 (and for all of you saying right now, “must be nice” yes it is). However the times I have had to deal with it some good disposable razors and dry shaving has been my go to.

One thing is the quality- this thing is solid, built very nice. TEG does good work (we do a lot- machine, weld, vacuum form, injection molding, etc, but we don't sew). It's our concept, but TEG executed it. The flap that folds down is the same material you'd use for a sniper drag bag. Another thing is that the internal dividers/straps are general purpose enough that you aren't locked in to using our tools (though of course you should...) Описание фото 5: New tool idea.
