Even when you have to carry more, its important to keep it minimal and disperse your admin over your load-bearing equipment and your uniform. Comfort, mobility, and silence dictate here. Minor items like sharpeners and erasers can be game changers. Batteries, more important than ever. You name it. Do you even carry a pencil? Spare ear pro? I honestly don’t care for such definitions, I’ve heard many, and I have gone through the whole 1st, 2nd and 3rd line theory BS in the late 2000s. The result of such approaches was that we would break them anyways as only the situation dictates. So, admin is indeed self-explaining. Id say its small items that need to be carried on person and not in a ruck due to their relevance and due to constant access. This includes: -Writing Equipment -Land Nav Equipment -Misc.
