We are facing a significant shift in the industry regarding MetaQuotes software, particularly with challenges in maintaining MetaTrader 5 (MT5). Amidst these changes, our previous provider, Taurex, has decided to part ways with us. This means we can no longer offer MT4 as an option for our traders.
However, at KortanaFX, we pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve. We have swiftly integrated a new MT5 provider, ensuring a permanent and stable solution for accessing MetaTrader 5, something many props have not been able to do.
🆕 Introducing C-Trader!
To diversify and minimize risk, we're excited to announce the addition of C-Trader to our platform offerings. C-Trader is a superior trading platform, and we believe it will greatly enhance your trading experience. Stay tuned for upcoming how-to videos on our YouTube channel to help you get acquainted with its features.
Effective Immediately:
MetaTrader 4 (MT4) will no longer be available.
MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and C-Trader are our primary platforms.
Urgent Action Required for Taurex Account Holders:
Taurex will be disabling ALL existing accounts on MT4 and MT5 after 4 PM today. We urge all affected traders to contact our live support immediately. Please provide your old account number and email so we can verify your balance and set up a new account with our new broker, maintaining your current balance.
