Hey guys, we wanted to answer a few questions we've gotten around the event in case there is any confusion:
1) The main goal of the event is for people to work on their own things in the same environments. We don't decide what you work on. Come with your own projects, we will provide a comfortable space, WiFi and vibes
2) The meetup will be for four days. But you are not required to come all four days. Pick the days that are good for you. We wanted to make it cheaper to attend on multiple days so we take a bit of the money off the more days you come.
3) Lunch and coffee provided for everyday you come
4) Location will be either megenagna or mexico. We will try to keep it to spots around the center of the city so that everyone can come

China's March-10B completed its test flight
The Chinese used a sea-based net to catch the landing rocket, while Musk's SpaceX uses massive steel arms of the launch tower, also referred to as giant "chopsticks"
It's all about making spaceflight efficient and cheaper

Capability indices are becoming multidimensional, coz useful insight is how sharply rankings reshuffle by domain and how steep the price/performance frontier has become.
Artificial Analysis also introduced six domain-specific indices (Finance & Accounting, Legal, Healthcare & Medical, Strategy & Ops, Engineering, Economics) to move past single scalar model scores

When we are surrounded by machines that know a lot about a lot of subjects, what really distinguishes people is their desire to work hard and put knowledge to creative effect.

a new non-profit called The Human-Centered Computing Foundation (HCCF) announced they're launching a campaign for a new top-level domain dedicated to self-hosting (.self).
Likely a response to the modern internet's transparency problems with AI and bots, the foundation is proposing a few features to ensure the new TLD avoids the same spammy reputations shared by other modern domains (.xyz), which include limiting domains to one per person, shared services via open source software (VPN and mail), and open governance.

The top 15% quarterly net new ARR companies are fascinating mix 🤯
CyberSec players like PaloAlto, Crowdstrike, Fortinet. CF are the new top 15% net new ARR companies in the world now, along with AI Labs
Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, salesforce etc were there in the list for the last 25+ yrs
Net New ARR = New + Expansion - Churn - Downgrade
New ARR: Revenue from brand new customers. Expansion ARR: More money from current customers (like upgrading a plan). Churn: Lost revenue when customers leave completely. Downgrade: Lost revenue when customers pick a cheaper plan.
