One brutal law of life nobody talks about:
Right before your life changes…
life usually beats the living fuck out of you first.
Long periods of confusion.
Isolation.
Failure.
Humiliation.
Financial stress.
Mental exhaustion.
Feeling forgotten by God.
Feeling stuck while everybody else seems to move ahead.
That phase breaks most people.
Weak men start coping.
Drinking.
Doomscrolling.
Becoming bitter.
Quitting the gym.
Quitting their goals.
Quitting on themselves.
Then years later they call life unfair while living in the graveyard of their own surrendered potential.
But men who survive the dark phase without folding usually experience something insane:
Massive jumps across multiple areas of life at once.
Money improves.
Body transforms.
Confidence returns.
Women notice.
Opportunities appear.
Mind sharpens.
Discipline compounds.
Momentum explodes.
And outsiders call it “luck.”
No dumbass.
That was accumulated suffering finally converting into power.
Most people never experience this because they tap out too early.
They quit during the loading screen.
Life tests one thing before giving a man real leverage:
Can you continue moving forward when reality gives you absolutely no reason to believe it will get better?
That’s the real test.
Not motivation.
Not positivity.
Not fake affirmations.
Endurance.
Because eventually pressure creates density.
Pain either forges a dangerous man…
or creates another defeated loser looking for distractions to numb himself.
The men who win are usually just the men who refused to mentally die during the years nothing was working.
That’s why it’s never over unless YOU decide it’s over.

HOW TO BECOME GENUINELY SMART:
1. Read 20 pages/day — non-fiction changes how you think
2. Feynman Technique: if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it
3. Sleep 8 hours — memory consolidates during deep sleep
4. Journaling 10 min/day: writing forces clarity of thought
5. Learn one new skill every quarter
6. Omega-3: 1–2 g/day — DHA is literally brain fuel
7. Limit doom scrolling to under 30 min/day
8. Study in 25-min focused blocks — Pomodoro works
9. Teach what you learn within 24 hours
10. Ask better questions — curiosity compounds
11. Vocabulary: learn 5 new words/week
12. Cold shower in morning: sharpens alertness fast
13. Avoid multitasking — it drops IQ by 10–15 points temporarily
14. Surround yourself with people smarter than you
15. Magnesium glycinate at night: deeper sleep = sharper brain

You desperately want that fast car.
You desperately want that big house.
You desperately want that hot chick.
But as the saying goes,
The hungry never get fed.
I often say: detachment is key.
Because when you are detached from the results, you focus on the process and you ALWAYS reach the result.
And it’s actually pretty simple to become detached.
Ask yourself:
What do you REALLY need?
Like, for survival.
Air, water, and food. Maybe a nice conversation here and there.
Everything else is for SPORT.
It’s a GAME.
And you treat it as such.
The greatest players aren’t addicted to getting the trophies, they are addicted to being on the field.
The richest men don’t have an addiction of getting money, they have an addiction to the process of making money.
The playboys don’t have an addiction of increasing their bodycount, they have an addiction of being around women.
And if you fulfil your true addictions daily, why do you feel attached to the outcome?
Let it come.
Let it stay.
Let it leave.
And look, detachment is simple but it isn’t EASY.
You need to start finding pleasure in the simple things of life.
And this will only happen when you STOP the easy dopamine. Porn, video games, drugs.
When you stop these, and instead start doing things like- walking in the park, having a hot drink, and reading a book?
Your body WILL FIND A WAY TO EXTRACT DOPAMINE from these acts.
And on top of that? You got YOU.
Spend more time with yourself doing things alone and you will start to become detached from everything.
Want things. Want everything. Want the entire fuvking world.
But don’t confuse your wants with your NEEDS.

Why is a problem not a problem and not something to be afraid of?
1. Remember when a problem brought you success in the end, even if not immediately, but after a while.
2. Realize that problems do not exist against you, but for you to make you stronger and stronger.
3. Recognize and determine how recent problems have benefited, how they have developed and improved you.

Machiavelli said,
“The first method for estimating the intelligence of a ruler is to examine the men around him.”
Why?
Because the more time you spend around a person, the more you automatically become like that person via osmosis.
Worldview, outlook, beliefs, biases, epistemology, vocabulary, slang, gestures, expressions, behavioural traits and characteristics, etc
Choose your company carefully.

Lazy people postpone what has to be done
Sleep too much
Don't work as hard as they know they can
Focus on what's comfortable not on what's crucial
Then suffer from the consequences of their inaction
Depression, missed opportunities, regrets.
Avoid being a weasel.

If something EXTREMELY BAD HAPPENS.
Only 2-3 people will suffer & after a week they'll continue with their lives.
Your girl will suck another D
Your friends will get high / drunk like they usually do.
But, at the end of the day - NOBODY REALLY CARES.
SO PUT your interest , standards and choices first.

The key to success is OTHER PEOPLE
People are what make you richer, or happier, or more entertained, or create more free time for you, or support you during hard periods, or teach you stuff
This is why you should:
A. Meet more people
B. Improve your value in order to tempt better quality people to want to be around you.
I used to be someone who used to have that lone mentality that “ yeah I don’t need anything blah blah “
But tbh it’s all a cope for not having important people who actually GET THINGS DONE.

We are mimetic learning machines. We absorb the qualities we observe.
Use this your advantage:
BOMBARD YOUR BRAIN WITH BEHAVIOUR YOU WANT TO TRAIN.
TRAITS TRANSFER AUTOMATICALLY VIA OZMOSIS.

Reminder: you can literally become luckier just by deciding that you are a lucky person who experiences lucky things.

I helped a man climb, only to realise that I too reached the top. In his struggle, I lent my hand, and in doing so, I discovered my own strength. The path I cleared for him was the same path beneath my feet.
What I thought was his ascent was also my rising.
For when we lift another, we are lifted with them.
At the summit, I stood beside him, and I saw the truth:
that no climb is ever solitary, and no victory belongs to one alone.
By raising another,
I had unknowingly raised myself.

Making your family proud shouldn't concern you
You should make yourself proud first and live the dreams you had as a teenager
Your parents want you to be some doctor, but your souls tells you that you gotta be something else.
Do yourself first.
You got 1 life too.
