As long as the protected low and demand zone remain intact, I expect price to dip into liquidity before continuing higher.
🟢 Narrative
Price is consolidating below recent highs and may engineer a pullback into the demand area to collect sell-side liquidity. If buyers defend that zone, the next objective is a move toward the previous high around 1.4249, maintaining the overall bullish structure.

📊 XAUUSD H1 Update
Price is showing no interest in engineering Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL) above 4221 at the moment.
Instead, it is attempting to secure an H1 close below the 4140–4150 support zone, which would strengthen the bearish narrative.
📉 Current Expectation
H1 acceptance below 4140–4150 opens the path for further downside.
A corrective pullback into premium may occur before continuation lower.
Primary downside objective remains around 3997, targeting external sell-side liquidity.
Once that liquidity is delivered, I’ll be looking for signs of a higher-timeframe bullish reversal and continuation to the upside.
⚠️ Invalidation:
A sustained H1 reclaim above 4140–4150, followed by acceptance back into the range, would weaken this bearish outlook and increase the probability of price seeking 4221 BSL first.
This is my current market narrative, not financial advice. Risk management remains the priority.

Price has delivered a strong bullish displacement and is now consolidating beneath external liquidity. As long as price holds above the demand/OB around 4,140–4,150, I expect continuation towards Buy-Side Liquidity first.
