One thing still disturbed me is quality of sleep, struggling to fix it for years and nothing absolutely nothings working for me. Despite fixing all minerals deficiency. And it’s not like I have bad sleeps, I sleep like baby once I fall asleep. Problem is it takes almost 2 fucking hour the brain it never calms down consistently thinking things which are mostly not even about myself, it can start from a simple memecoin to how universe works to how a rabbit chasing cheese ball . It simply doesn’t stop
