Expecting a LH in USDCAD between 1.37393 and 1.37562.

The SEC's deadline for deciding on spot Ethereum ETFs is this week. For these ETFs to launch, the SEC must approve both the exchange rule changes (19b-4s) and the registration statements (S-1s). It's possible for the SEC to approve the exchange rule changes but delay the registration statements, especially given the reported lack of engagement.
