Do something daily to up your level in life. There are echelons which always exist in any realm of your life. And the person spends the whole of his life trying to climb to an upper echelon. A man who does not work everyday to climb the echelon, will slowly be pushed down, not necessarily by force from another man, but simply due to the fact that other men have climbed and come above him. That's why, you need to be working on yourself everyday.

Learning something is a complex process. I'll break it down to four simple steps (to learn anything and never forget it.) #1: Attention #2: Emotion #3: Rest #4: Spaced Repetition #1—Attention It is imperative that to learn anything effectively, you need to pay complete and undivided attention to the subject-matter at hand. Multitasking is a big no. Division of attention is your biggest enemy when it comes to learning. Focus only on one thing at a time. #2—Emotion This point is often neglected. Simply put, if you don't want to learn the thing i.e, you have no emotion attached to the object of learning, all your efforts will go in vain. You must build an emotional connection with the object to be learnt. E.g., if it's related to your career think about how studying your material will give you happiness in the form of success. #3—Rest When you rest, i.e., (i) give space between two sessions (ii) sleep, Your brain consolidates relevant information and discards or stores it in the long-term memory. Hence, it becomes necessary to provide rest and space to your brain for remembering effectively. #4—Spaced Repetition Repetition is simply revising the material learnt before, again. A great teacher of mine used to say, "you need to strike your brain with the hammer again and again" by which he meant that to remember something deeply, you need to think again and deeply about it. So, through these simple four steps you can make your learning process way easier.

You must feel shameful when you realise that how just a screen is able to control you mind and hence your actions. Earlier in history, the lack of autonomy could be characterized by slavery i.e, the lack of physical freedom. The slavery is no more physical. It's mental. And the most weakening fact about it is that people DON'T realise they are being made a slave. This gives a deeper level of control to those in power.

Power on both macro and micro levels is about control. Whether it is through visible or invisible forces. You may directly observe that your grumpy boss tries to assert power in a lot of situations. This is a micro-level observance of power. On the macro-level, governments and other unknown people control the world through various means. As you become more aware of the presence of these invisible forces, the more you realise how big the world is and how many things are NOT in your control.

Nothing will get what you want if you take actions arbitrarily. That's why a lot of stuff on self-improvement doesn't work. Fine, it may be good to meditate or to journal or to wake up at 4AM. But what will get the boulder rolling is PURE EFFORT in the DIRECTION of progress. The direction of the progress is only that direction which will guarantee you substantial results in the form of money, growth, respect etc. Know that you need to engineer your routine in such a way that every action is conducive to your expected outcomes. Sure, meditation, writing a journal, ticking off boxes etc. will help, but not as much as direct actions in the direction of your main goal. You don't have unlimited time. Always keep that in mind.

A man is all about his actions. That means your actions DEFINE what you are. Therefore, it is crucial for you to keep taking action and do not fall prey to the traps of complacency. Do not overthink. 99% of the problems you were overthinking about won't even be that much big of a deal as you imagined them to be, after taking action. Don't be in your head, rather be in the physical realm.

Don't force a woman to make decisions by herself. When she asks you "What earring should I buy?" and you go "Whatever you think is the best." "Noo but I'm still confused." "I think they both look good. Decide for yourself." In this scenario, you force her to learn to use her masculine side to make decisions. This might sound pretty normal, and it is, only for a few times and for a short-term. In the long run, she'll start to lose trust in your decision making capacity and instead of asking your opinions, she'll start trusting her masculine side more than you. She'll also go from feeling love and attraction towards you to feeling just like friends. She'll not submit to you whilst having sex. The polarities will be disturbed. Therefore, it is a better option for you to atleast offer your opinion to her. Don't let her solely make the decision. -An explanation from Lesson 22, The Way of The Superior Man by David Deida.

Don't create content. Create art. Produce things which are worth listening/reading/watching and remembering. Do you know who is the second fastest runner in the world? No? You only know Usain Bolt. That's why you need to become the best in whatever you're doing. The same applies to producing content as an art. When you create art, your use all your energy, focus and ambition in making it. Its value becomes sky-high. Delve in it completely, as there's no benefit to doing it half-mindedly.

Play hard to get. The thing which is always available to a person always gets the lowest attention and value. Remember that toy you cried hours for in front of your parents, as a child? Where's that toy now? You most probably don't remember that. So, there are two things that have happened since then: 1. You got the toy, you played with it; became used to playing it the same way and eventually got bored out of the predictability that came with it. 2. You've grown up. Losing interest in things that piqued your interest in childhood is collateral to growing up. Now, how to avoid these kinds of interest-inhibitors that come with being a human? 1. Remain mysterious. Don't be an open book. 2. Do unpredictable things. They always catch eyeballs. 3. Dedicate your time to an interesting skill/hobby that will set you apart. Don't forget to showcase it. You can add more points in the comments. Humans are bored out of the sheer mundanity in their lives. Be unique and offer something capricious through your actions.

You have to be rational in order to navigate your life as a man. All the physical entities demand a particular level of mental rationality to be solved on their level. That doesn't mean you don't have to enjoy emotions. But, the level of rationality must outweigh your emotions most of the time. This way, you won't have to become a emotionless robot or an uncontrollable man.

Everything outside of your control is determined by your reputation in a social dynamic. Reputation is impacted deeply by what you do with the things within your control. Whether of a positive or negative nature, it draws people and consequently, power towards you. Everyone wants fame. You have to highlight your out-standing quality(ies) to garner attention. "For, as Cicero says, even those who argue against fame still want the books they write against it to bear their name in the title and hope to become famous for despising it. Everything else is subject to barter: we will let our friends have our goods and our lives if need be; but a case of sharing our fame and making someone else the gift of our reputation is hardly to be found." -Montaigne (An explanation from Law 5, the 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene)

Women-led relationships mostly prove to be a disaster for both of the parties. It is a man's biological predisposition to lead. Men used to be the leaders of tribes throughout history. All that has changed is the time and things around them. We are still meant to be the leaders. You must be the one deciding stuff in a relationship. That doesn't mean you don't ask for her opinions and completely neglect her free will. But most of the time, try to make rational decisions on your own and don't be so miserable that she has to do these things for you. That kills attraction like hell. She might seem to enjoy that she made the decisions. But in reality, you're drying her up.

Life is war. You are the commander of your army. The army against which you're fighting comprises all your problems, your limiting beliefs, your insecurities and other shortcomings. You have to fight with all your might to be the victor.

Don't let your insecurities get the best of you. If you do so, you're more prone to becoming a customer than an average user. Let me explain. 1. Insecurities are a small part of your life. The person who wants to sell you something will magnify it to his profit. He'll talk about how all the problems you're experiencing in life are a result of that damn insecurity. 2. You'll get hooked to his words and follow every advice he gives. 3. Guiding you through his advices, he'll land you on a course/product for which initially you had no interest, but you do now. The changes of you purchasing the product >>> than ever before. Don't get fooled. Realise the small impact these insecurities have on your life. Receding hairline? No problem. Short height? No problem. Don't get sucked into the void of Insecurities. Work on other aspects of your life that can be improved.

Learn to solve your problems speedily. Speed matters much more than you think in the realm of (especially) a man's life. You found that problem? Boom. Solved. Don't let those hurdles get the best of you. Most of the times after getting over these hurdles, you will realise that they were not even that big you imagined them to be. Over time, this habit of solving hurdles will compound to provide you with one of the best skills in a man's life: Problem Solving. And that will make you undefeatable.

Your purpose always comes first. Not a girl. Not your cheap desires. Even not your family. Everything must be prioritised after your purpose. People do all random shit throughout their day and wonder why they aren't feeling satisfied with life. What the actual fuck are you doing?

"I-I can't do it because I'm too old/young now so maybe I should leave i-" Bullshit. Age is just a number. Let go of your limiting beliefs. You wanna start that business? You can do it now. You're not too old or too young to be doing it. It's only your mind coping by giving you pathetic reasons not to start working. Break the inertia. Do the work.

Stop mentally masturbating by watching self-improvement YouTubers and lifestyle flexors. You only need their advice to get started. Once you take their knowledge, it's enough; now go and implement them. Don't stick around watching Andrew Tate flexing his cars, cigars and bitches. At the end of the day, their primary motive is to grow their businesses. Why would someone have courses worth thousands of dollars, if all they are trying to do is help young men? This is the self-improvement matrix. They will not talk about it. But it is a necessity for them to keep producing content, sometimes controversies, to stay in the limelight and let that cash flow in. All the advices you've received must not go in vain and you should focus on the implementation; not the rest of the fluff.

People dream about achieving "this and this and that" and proceed to do the same ugly things they do every single day. No change of routine, no increase in ambition, nothing. They don't want the THING ENOUGH. When you don't want the thing enough, nothing in the world can help you achieve it. You need to value your goals in order to achieve them. Then comes your daily routine, which changes itself when you want a thing enough. Think about it.
